We went through the drive through and ordered one sandwich and one fry. I pulled around to one car at the window in front of me. Then proceeded to wait for 13 minutes for that car to get their food. When I pull up to the window I pay for my order. Then as I am saying how this food should be done since we waited forever already, they then come to the window and ask me to pull forward. This is 16 minutes in the drivethrough for one sandwich and one fry. No. I will not pull forward I need a refund. This is the 3rd time at Benton Harbor Arby’s we have had a terrible experience.

Second time ordering from here on Grubhub. 1st time was a disaster. Decided to give a second chance, but this time was no better. Food arrived cold. Gyro was over sauced & soggy (photo). French dip sandwich had almost like ground meat & bread was smushed (photo), & au jus dip sauce was forgotten. Only thing seemed to be okay were the drinks & chicken tenders. So disappointing.

The meat on the roast beef sandwiches were sliced too thick. For some reason that changes the taste in my opinion. The service and cleanliness were good.

Awesome Arby’s! I drive by 2 Arby’s to go to this one because the food is fresher and you get whole pieces of roast beef not scraps. Friendly staff too!!

This location has been terrible lately. The wait in line today was awful. We pulled up and waited a good 10 minutes just to get to the ordering screen, which, wouldn’t be bad if they were busy, but there weren’t that many cars there at the time ahead of us, maybe three at most. We placed our order, and waited another 15 minutes. It got to where we’re next in line, and we see the car ahead of us just had to call the drive thru employee back after paying for their food, apparently something was wrong with the check. Immediately we’re now worried that on top of things being unreasonably slow, that by the time we actually get to the window, something is going to go wrong with our order. Not wanting to risk it, we gave up and left. We likely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My 5-Star reason… simply, Ms. Kimmesha. I rarely save receipts, but I definitely wanted to give her a shout out. Customer service Gold, right there! She was extremely pleasant, funny and lighthearted all while multitasking! It was a pleasure to meet her today. As far as the food goes, it’s decent. And fairly quick in the drive-through.
