The Angus Philly is alright. It definitely is not as good as a actual Philly cheesesteak, but it does good for fast food.
Cheesy, pretty meaty, but the bread just wasn’t up to par. I guess I’ve been spoiled from visiting Philadelphia a few years ago and trying some of the best Philly cheesesteaks on the planet.
I would give it a try if I were you. You might just like it.

Here in town for work and getting back late to my hotel I stopped here for something quick. It’s just after 9:30pm and the chicken in my wrap looks and tastes like it’s been sitting there since noon in the warmer. The employees had to have seen this when they grabbed it and when they cut it up for the wrap but yet it was still thrown together. Spit it out and in the trash.
The fries were cold as well.

I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. They guy that took my order was very short with me. I Later realized he was the manager.
I park and eat my sandwich and I put Arby’s sauce on it and soon realized the bun tasted like mold.
I went in
to tell the guy. He said that I’m the first molded bun today! again he was being very short.i had eaten almost half before realizing it was bad. He held the sandwich trying to find mold. I told him go grab a bun and try it.
He had an attitude.
I said.
What are you saying?
Are you saying I’m lying?
He said no but this is really unusual.
Finally, he asked me what I wanted.
I did not want another sandwich because he didn’t even believe me that there was mold it in the first place, so I got a refund. I went to go get a sandwich somewhere else.
This is the Arbys on stadium drive. Maybe he was having a bad day , I don’t know.

First off, they had a $6 meal promotion on the window that should be being advertised on the microphone when you first pull up to place your order. I mentioned at the pick up window when I arrived because I didn’t see it until I got up there and since it wasn’t advertised I wouldn’t have known. I frequent Arby’s very often in the daytime and rarely at night and now I see why. I placed an order for over $15. I paid for extra syrup in my strawberry lemonade… when I received my drink I didn’t think it had enough so I asked for more and AMBER said that she couldn’t do it because of inventory purposes. Mind you I told her I would pay for more than what I’ve already paid extra for, she said she couldn’t do that. How would that affect inventory if I’m paying for it? That’s like me paying for an extra ranch, it’s subtracted from inventory but it’s PAID FOR. She completely just kept arguing with me back and forth about how she couldn’t but didn’t have a valid reason. I asked for my refund in the end, so I hope she’s satisfied that she still in the end not only wasted food but still affected inventory negatively because she made food waste AND LOST MONEY & also a customer because I’ll never go to this Arby’s again! Get job replacing the old crew with the new careless people that don’t even have valid reasons behind something they’re trying to stand on lol what a joke!!!

I love that they were still open after 1AM on Saturday. There was a long line, but l I like I said they were the only ones open. The person who took the order was very nice, and so was the person handing me my order. I wasn’t happy that both of our large were burned, and a small thing I take particial responsibility for was not asking for sauce. I do believe someone should have asked if I wanted any sauce (I ordered the 4 of $10 Rostbeef Sandwiches,which don’t have anything but the meet, no condiments). It’s important to say that my other two chicken sandwiches were excellent!!

Just stopped in and tried to use this coupon sent out in local coupon magazine. First cashier said they didn’t honor it there. Then when he was shown the flier with their address he admitted they didn’t have a button for it so they had not been honoring it for anyone. I’m not sure how this is considered to be acceptable behavior to not honor a local coupon that your location put out???

I asked if I received sauces for my roast beef and jalapeno bites. Got one bronco berry and a marinro sauce. Thanks for nothing! Dry sandwich and I ran out of sauce. Next time I don’t leave the drive thru window without my order
