I don’t know what they are up to but it’s not listening to their customers. I asked for sauces and got none. The fish sandwich was dry and the flavor was not that good. The Ruben sandwich my son in law got had to be cooked at my house before he could eat it.They seriously need to step up their game. They also need to bring back strawberry shakes, my daughter had her heart set on one. I used to love Arby’s too

Today, ordered to regular roast beefs, requested horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce. Get ready to eat and there’s no horsey or Arby’s sauce, but there is ranch dip and ketchup. So, I return for the correct sauces. First sandwich is correct, second sandwich is a beef n cheddar without the red sauce, m I nd you not what I ordered. How can something so simple get so messed up? Guess good help is hard to find.

My Turku gyro has old rotted meat thats discolored and stinks. There’s no way the cook didn’t know this. We could smell the rot it in bag before taking it out. The shell is rock hard like it’s been sitting out for days. We had to pull forward with other cars and wait forever. Food for 3 people with only 1 napkin and no receipt. Wont be eating at the Frandor location ever again.

My husband and I were there today and he ordered What are the meal with the roast beef sandwich and potato cakes and I had a bacon Swiss sandwich and and my sandwich was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The cheese was cold. The chicken was smashed down like somebody flatten it out it was hardly no sauce on it. I’ve never been to his Arby’s and have this sandwich before, but I’ll never do it again we had to ask for fresh potato cakes because the ones they gave us were cold. I don’t recommend you come to this restaurant .

Really great customer service. They helped me make a decision on my meal. Food came out really fast, not hot, but not cold either. They did however did get my name right, though. Turkey gyro tastes good so far, lots of meat, but could use a little more tzaki sauce (or whatever they used). Also, their dollar menu is only available from 2-5pm, so that was a bummer (especially since it’s 1:40pm now.) Restaurant is clean; really admirable to see the manager both assisting customers AND cleaning tables. 3/1/18

I will never eat at this Arby’s again. I sent an email to their corporate office and have yet to get a response. I was served a piece of raw chicken and ok, I get you were busy but when my fiance took it in he was treated as if we we’re lieing. How the heck do you lie about that?! We took pics and the messed up thing was, I took a fricken bite and swallowed it before realizing it was raw. They had breaded it and put the buffalo sauce on it so I could tell until it was to late. Do you know what your body goes thru when you consume a raw piece of chicken?! Let me tell you, its not pretty. I feel awful for my fiance for having to help me and clean up after me. It was awful. I was supposed to start a job the following day, that didn’t happen. So, thank you Arby’s for such a unforgettable experience my fiance and I most likely will never forget.

I could’ve went to Wendy’s I could’ve went to Burger King. I could’ve went to McDonald’s. I could’ve went to Taco Bell and spent just as much money or less. I asked for two turnovers one cherry one apple why do I bite in the two apple turnovers? I asked for light ice while I get regular ice why I’m trying not to be mean here but come on man.

While taking our order the workers were very loud in the background and we repeated our order for a 2nd time because they asked us to. They got half of our order completely wrong as well as our drinks wrong, on top of that they kept looking at us and laughing while we were waiting for our order. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received to be honest
