Needs better management. My grandson and I went here. As we walked in the manager and another employee were at the entrance. We weren’t even greeted with a hello or welcome to Arby’s I’ll be right with you. Instead we waited approximately 5 minutes as they were talking with a 3rd employee outside the restaurant. We finally ordered. As we were waiting my grandson said it’s not that clean in here, he’s 14yrs old so he knows if it’s clean or not. I then said it doesn’t look clean at all today look at the counter there’s a half smoked cigarette. Service was not great. Food was good. Seriously needs new management and employees. These employees are only learning what the manager says and shows.

I go here a lot for my son. It’s been awhile but yesterday the guy working made me angry. And the manager really needs to know. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a chocolate shake. We get to the window he gives us the total and we said oh did you get the chocolate shake. He completely ignored me and I then asked again he walked away with my card stuck in the machine for a good 5 mins. And he said he was just trying to eat his food! The worst customer service experience I’ve had in awhile.

Must be under new management. Placed online order, arrived 5 minutes early. By the time we could move to the pick up window, we were right on time. Food wasn’t ready. We were told to pull ahead to the front of the restaurant. 10 minutes later I went in to see my food sitting on the counter and my shake melting. When I asked about it, it was slammed on the counter in front of me. When I complained to whom I thought was the manager, he just yelled waving his arms that he would make my food fresh. He did more yelling and I left not wanting his remade shake with his attitude in it. Won’t be back to this ghetto location.

The manager Gail IS GONE! This location is continuing to get better without her, thank you! It’s still hit or miss my beef today was inedible… shaved thick! Honestly, it depends who’s working, I will go inside and assess the situation if I decide to return. The women that’s the GM, I assume, is the only reliable days I would go.

Jessie came from the back from making sandwiches to take my order and was very polite! When he finished ringing me up, he WASHED HIS HANDS and gloved up to make the order! I know that’s what you’re supposed to do, but we all know everybody isn’t! It’s the little things! THANK YOU SIR! (Found out later he was the manager! Culture comes from the top down! ❤)
