*Edit : to the Arby’s owner who replied to my review – i put in my complain on your portal, i called Arby’s corporate customer service, it’s been almost a week and i have not heard anything. It’s safe to say i will NEVER come back to Arby’s.

I ordered a few meals online only to find out i was missing 2 sandwiches once i arrived home. Went back to the store, the worker denied that they misplaced my sandwiches and just not willing to help at all. My fault was not spot checking the bag and believing that the workers there would put their customer’s best interest in the 1st place.

To make it worse, the additional dips i requested also wasn’t in the bag. But i already know they will not take responsibility for it.

I would stay as far as possible from this store, there is a reason they’re never busy.

Let that sink in.

Denying service to a customer out of retaliation for criticism is wildly unprofessional, unethical, and a clear sign of poor management. The manager Mr.ArZJon Horton was openly rude, dismissive, and confrontational, and the staff followed the same tone instead of de-escalating or acting like professionals.

This wasn’t about behavior, disruption, or policy. This was about ego and punishment. Businesses don’t get to blacklist customers because they don’t like feedback. Reviews exist because customers are allowed to speak honestly about their experiences.

If this is how management operates—emotionally, vindictively, and without basic customer service standards—then people deserve to know before spending their money here.

Unprofessional leadership creates unprofessional staff. This location proves it.

It’s a shame when you place a order and they give you what they want you to have if I order a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese meal you give me a plain chicken sandwich. Order154. 3229 S MLK Blvd 6/27/2025 6:26. On line order paid for. Made to wait at drive window. Told to pull around. Had to go inside to get order. Dry sandwiches no sauce treated poorly. Will never go back. Two working Nothing was good.

How hard is it to do your job and take care of your customers. Everything I asked for was wrong. Got cold potato cakes and zero Arby’s sauce for my 4 sandwiches. So if you’re hungry but don’t want to eat it because you would rather have it all messed up go here. If you want proper service go somewhere else. Yet another reason why I don’t eat food in Lansing.
