I got pulled today for my order, around 5:00pm-ish maybe shortly after, which was no problem. The cashier and I, who was a nice young man, not an issue, had a miscommunication and my sauces were not rung up, again no biggie. I walked in, and then young man in the front, had already known my issue, and I told him “it wasn’t even your fault, it didn’t get rung up, I need 4 sauce cups please.” As he was already ringing me up, and after I stated I needed to BUY the sauce cups, the manager, a female with dark long hair and a nose ring, came rushing behind him and told him “they need to pay for the cups, ring her up for the cups.” He was already doing, I stated I needed to BUY them, and the comment was very unnecessary as the situation was being handled properly by the young man cashier. I also noticed that she hardly acknowledged the customers, between giving out orders, and the customers in the lobby. Not a very welcoming or customer friendly face, or comment, coming from a manager, I’m assuming she was. Then, once I got home, no napkins, and not even one sauce packet, just my cheese that I went back inside to pay for… better luck next time!

We ordered Arby’s tonight. We ordered the app and did pick up. Doing that, the workers place a sticker over the drinks. Which is great..however..tonight my 13 year old son found a dead fly in his sprite. Having worked at an Arby’s location before in Lansing, this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

In response to the owner I did try and fill out that form but I received an error when I tried to submit. Twice. I’ve included a photo of the error I received. I also called and spoke with the manager last night (at 8:04 PM) to give them a heads up. She said, “Wow..we don’t have any flies in here. I’m not calling you a liar or anything.” Then said if I wanted to drive up there I could get a coupon for a free meal. I don’t feel this was handled appropriately by any means.

I’ve given this Arby’s multiple tries over a few years, and i can say with confidence that this is by far the worst Arby’s I’ve ever eaten at. You can taste just how filthy their fry oil is, it makes their food disgusting. I like Arby’s, and I like their food. But this location needs a higher standard because I am going to refuse to eat here from now on.

Food took forever at the drive thru. Was told to pull up and wait for 5 minutes. We sat there almost 20. Place wasn’t busy at all. There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Order wasn’t right. Missing and wrong Food. Wouldn’t waste time and money here.

11/11 2:30pm I went through the drive through. There was a girl texting on her phone waiting to bag my food. When she grabbed my sandwich the wrapper opened and I watched her touch my sandwich to throw it back on the wrapper and carry it to the back. She then brought it back to me. I asked for it to be remade and after a few minutes a manager in a stripped shirt handed me the same sandwich. Disgustinggggg. So much so I left that sandwich right there. Never have to worry about me there ever again.

It’s a fast food restaurant but really isn’t all that bad of a choice. My husband loves Arby’s. I had a fried turkey sandwich with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. My husband had a gyro and a regular roast beef sandwich. My husband liked both of his sandwiches. The only bad, inexcusable issue was the ketchup pumps. One looked like the ketchup was cut with water, one was broken and the other was empty. The prices are what you expect for fast food. The bill wasn’t enormous, average.

Always a good stop. We’ve never had to wait too long for our food and the tables were always very clean. Which says a lot for fast food anymore. All of the staff at this location were very friendly. I tried the cookie butter shake and it was awesome! I’m honestly not sure what kind of cookie it is but it’s very good. Would definitely recommend this location and the shake!

9/14/2025 at 3pm. Went through the drive thru and it was the most painful experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru! Ordered a roast beef and cheddar meal with large mozzarella stick/coke and another large with fries and Diet Coke. THATS IT. One car ahead of us sitting waiting for food to be brought out. Yet it took forever to place our order (had to wait to place it – actually was saying “hello”
Into the speaker and almost drove away (which we should’ve) kept having to repeat it and then when we asked her to repeat it back to us to make sure it was right she didn’t) then get to the window and she still sidesteps us asking to repeat it back. She needed to ask for help from another worker to make our change (she gave us too much but we noticed after we left), and then we had to wait waaaaay too long to get our food. We started to drive away and realized she never gave us our drinks so we backed up. She just stared blankly at us and started to argue. At this point she gives us medium cups when we had said large multiple times and when she said “you were charged for mediums” and we waved our receipt showing charges for large – she started shouting at us and closed the window like we were going to assault her or something! And of course we didn’t get large fries or mozzarella sticks do better people. We won’t be back.

Food is trash!!! Girl ant the window was very rude, bad attitude & didn’t give me everything I asked for. Everything tasted like it was cooked in the same old grease. Everything was cold and hard. Cookie tasted like it was zapped in the microwave. It was wet and soft from the bag it was in. Disgusting and in the trash were it belongs.Definitely a waste of money. Definitely will not be back. Thanks for ruining my lunch break.
