Food cold. Curly fries bottom of the barrel so I had no curly fries just crumbs. My sandwich was sogy. My husband sandwich was also cold and was a signature beef n cheese. How is that? I love all the other Arby’s. But that one just didn’t make the grade. Now send me a couple of free meals and I will change my rating. But until then 1 star as the people were nice

I ordered chargeable cheese cups for my order. I also ordered a French Dip, and there was no au jus in the bag either. All of which and the no charge condiment cups were missed. When I tried to call a few minutes later (when I got home) no one answered the phone.

Service: Really good, timely, friendly and correct order!
Taste: Food itself is really good tasting.
Value: most of the items on the menu is worth the price however the Man and Cheese is not, it does taste good however the amount you get for $3 is not worth it. When the container is only 1/2 full even after stirring it up. That’s why the four star ratting! Over all great experience and will go again!

Went again the other night was a different experience the meat in the full size sandwiches were very lacking was pretty sad about this. I hope this was a one time deal.
Went on 6/5 got two french dip meals and the ajou leaves much to be desired! Not even a 1/2 cup for the sandwich! Do better!

I stopped by after midnight, and I still got hot fresh food. I was pleasantly surprised by the timely, freshness, and customer service. I had a short wait due to the hour at which I was visiting, but this was all explained upon my ordering. I can’t speak for the restrooms nor the inside as the late hour had the inside closed for customers. The outside lot was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Overall, I had a typically good and pleasant experience, enjoyed my food, and would have no problem coming back to the particular location again in the future when I’m in town.

This Arbys in ionia is the trash that ruins great franchises like arbys of which I have enjoyed since i was a kid. The service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The kitchen is disgusting and the wait is always the longest, even with nobody in line. Recently, I made an order here that included a shake and the shake machine was being cleaned (probably because they wanted to leave early) and when I asked the manager for a refund she was unable to give it to me. Like they really took my money for the shake and couldn’t provide it and couldn’t give me my refund!! This is straight up thievery and I cant wait until this dump is shut down just like Wendy’s was that was ran the same way as this arbys.

Everytime I come here it’s a 10 min wait, minimum, doesn’t matter what I order or how busy they are, or in most cases are not and im starting to see why. I just went through the drive thru and ordered 3 things and even though there was literally not 1 other customer there( inside was closed), they made me pull ahead. After 15 MINUTES of sitting there, and watching other cars come through and get their food, I went back to the window and she opens it, and asks ” can I help you”? I said “yea, I’m still waiting for the food I ordered 15 min ago”! As she looks at the screen for a minute, she says, “oh, that makes sense”…like really, then asked if I wanted a refund and I told her I wanted my food! So then, she goes to get it and comes back and tells me they dont even have 1 of the things I ordered, yet she already charged me for it 15 minutes earlier. Now im expected it to take a couple minutes, assuming they’re making me NEW, FRESH food, but no, she hands me the bag that has sat there for about 20 minutes by this point and says I put some extra fries in there for you…..I DIDNT WANT ANY MORE DAMN FRIES, actually wound up throwing them away because they were cold and soggy, along with the rest of the food….so disappointing when you actually like the food somewhere but the service is so bad you refuse to go there, but that’s where I’m at, atleast with this IONIA LOCATION. They should considering hiring new management, because I can only imagine how many other customers feel the same way and dont go there anymore simply because of the staff/service!! Also, she never gave me, or even offered me a receipt, which at the time I didn’t care, but now wish she would have given me one, like she is supposed to!!

Asked for adouble deluxe with extra pickles and receive a double deluxe with extra cheese and no pickles, no extra sauce or napkins like I had ask for.
This isnt the only time. Last time ordered mozzarella sticks and didn’t get them.

whoever is in charge of staffing should be not only ashamed, but held legally responsible.
these two poor workers are serving a constant flow of customers inside and in the drive thru.
nobody deserves to work in those conditions, just to get treated poorly for “being slow” or whatever else.
thank you endlessly to the workers who were kind, quick, and clearly stressed out over drive thru times. these are just unrealistic expectations for the number of employees.
five stars for the employees, negative stars for the corporate side pushing people to their absolute limits for the bare minimum as per usual.
