I recently stopped at this Arby’s while passing through town. Normally I would never review a fast food restaurant but the workers were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Jeremy G who was the cashier was such a nice person, not often do you see passion in the service industry but from him it was clear he actually cared about his job and customers. I visited this establishment on 11/3/25. I ordered two gyros and a medium crinkle fry. I was THE ONLY person in the drive thru. Everything was cold and disgusting. The fries were not only cold but tasted like they were fried in fish oil. I called after I got home to speak to a manager. I didn’t get a name but I let them know how disgusting the food was and how cold the fries were, and the gyros were. They just said “okay” and hung up on me. I guess this is how this place does business, takes your money, gives inedible food, and then doesn’t correct the issue or make it right. 0 out 5. I hope everyone sees this review and they don’t give them any business.

Ian G was EXTREMELY rude to us and seemed very annoyed with having to work. He couldn’t leave his phone alone long enough to properly take an order, nor did he feel like washing his hands after wiping his nose, prior to bagging my food. Thankfully, the food wasn’t made by him, just poorly bagged, however, the shake that he prepared, seemed a bit complicated for him, as we request no toppings and received both, it’s unfortunate that this is the type of attitude that we received.
