Apparently if you order The BBQ Burgers at Arby’s they automatically come raw in the middle . They automatically come rare to Medium. Would NOT recommend. They did offer to make another, so gave the benefit of doubt and waited. Opened it up and it was worse the second time around. She stated that it was on a grill for a certain amount of time and then in the microwave the cheese was on a high setting. So it should be done. I lost all my appetite after that. I would NOT recommend! The girl who took our order was nice though. When ordering a burger from now on they should tell you the burgers come medium to rare, to clear any situation from the beginning.

Mmmmmm Mozzarella sticks guys!!! And today I got an email for 40% off my entire meal so naturally I had my husband get us right up in there!!!!! We LOVE this Arby’s. They never mess our order up, they always are lightening fast, and we always have fun trying to decode the riddles they post on their drive thru window daily! You guys please never change!

If you order from this store via DoorDash and they don’t have half your items, they will send ur food out without contacting you or refund or any regards at all. This lady literally
Said,” oh yeah we are out. So you’ll have to contact DoorDash.” I responded so you didn’t want to let me know?” Very professional! Also when you have to call and ask for the refund they say to contact door dash who is offering you 10 of 34$ spent. Have never in my life spent over 20$ on a med fry and large drink. Hadn’t ordered from Arby’s in a while and figured I’d give it a shot- NEVER AGAIN!

I placed my order using the mobile app and arrived at 12:44pm. The manager informed us that they could not assist until the order appeared in their system. After waiting an additional eight minutes, we proceeded to the drive-through The receipt shows a timestamp of 12:45:19. At the initial window stop, the manager could have simply checked with staff to see whether the order had come through and acknowledged it by saying something such as, “Your order just came in—please give us a moment and it will be ready shortly.” That would have demonstrated basic customer service. Instead, we were advised to return later.
When we received the order at 12:52pm we headed home and noticed the fries were missing. I called the location and after arguing with the person that answered that in fact I did just pick up an on line order (she advised me that they had not gotten any on line orders since yesterday) I was instructed to return to pick them up, which required driving an additional four miles out of our way. Upon returning to the restaurant, the manager did not offer an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nor was any effort made to resolve the issue beyond providing the missing item.
Overall, this experience reflected a lack of effective communication and poor customer service.

Might as well go to a buffet restaurant and eat for what it cost to eat at Arby’s. Two sandwiches and fries, two drinks and a 4 PC mozzarella stick came to over $32!!! Not impressed! I can pay less at the Chinese buffet down the street. The only good thing was our service. He couldn’t have been nicer. Very polite! Engaged in pleasant conversation with us. Sad to say I don’t know how families with children can afford to eat out anymore!

We came on during lunch rush to eat inside. The dining area was nice and clean. Everyone was calm and friendly despite how busy it was. The manager working was especially kind and patient.

Thanks to the pleasant staff.
Kudos to the owner(s) of this location for getting things right with the staff, radio station, ambiance, and food.
I enjoyed my stop here even though I hardly ever have anything good to say about fast food.
I MUST emphasize the pleasant difference just hearing family radio instead of mainstream “music” playing has on the the experience here.
