Said,” oh yeah we are out. So you’ll have to contact DoorDash.” I responded so you didn’t want to let me know?” Very professional! Also when you have to call and ask for the refund they say to contact door dash who is offering you 10 of 34$ spent. Have never in my life spent over 20$ on a med fry and large drink. Hadn’t ordered from Arby’s in a while and figured I’d give it a shot- NEVER AGAIN!
When we received the order at 12:52pm we headed home and noticed the fries were missing. I called the location and after arguing with the person that answered that in fact I did just pick up an on line order (she advised me that they had not gotten any on line orders since yesterday) I was instructed to return to pick them up, which required driving an additional four miles out of our way. Upon returning to the restaurant, the manager did not offer an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nor was any effort made to resolve the issue beyond providing the missing item.
Overall, this experience reflected a lack of effective communication and poor customer service.
Kudos to the owner(s) of this location for getting things right with the staff, radio station, ambiance, and food.
I enjoyed my stop here even though I hardly ever have anything good to say about fast food.
I MUST emphasize the pleasant difference just hearing family radio instead of mainstream “music” playing has on the the experience here.
