Lunch – Crispy fish sandwich + 3 box. Great deal! Fish sandwich was good. I would have liked more tartar sauce on it. Fries, mozzarella sticks served hot, and good. Peach cobbler was delicious! Sue M waited on us. She was super nice and helpful.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Ruben Sandwich (only the sandwich not the meal!
Well I guess I should’ve stayed and check my sandwich but I didn’t because I’ve never had problems with Arby’s before!!
Well this time I did!!, I got home and separated the two half’s and I could see immediately only meat ( corned beef) was visible I then took off the top slice of bread and I was right
There were several slices of corned beef but the sauerkraut was just a couple of strings of the stuff
a small piece of cheese on the one half and No Thousand Island dressing at all!!
Now If I lived closer I would’ve taken it back without a doubt!!
With this Bad experience You can betcha I’ll Never go to Arby’s on State St in Saginaw ever Again!!!

On 4/28/25 I placed an online order and when I got there around 9pm it was super busy, I ordered a mozz stick and two buffalo sliders without ranch. I got my order quickly through the drive thru and headed home but when I got home my sliders had ranch. I don’t eat ranch and it’s not what I paid for so I went back and explained I understood they were busy and asked if they could remake them no ranch.

Whoever the guy was who worked that night was so nice and took accountability right away for it and apologized. I was so impressed by how he handled it and immediately said “I’m sorry that was me, we’ll get it fixed for you” it was so nice and I’m still here thinking about it days later.

It wasn’t a big deal but the way it was handled without attitude or shifting blame was so refreshing. I’ll forever choose this Arby’s

I went there about 5pm today only ordered 3 things, the guy in front of me got my order, realized it was wrong he then parked his car and brought it in. While I was greeted at the window they were trying to find my order and the girl asked one of the male employees why he voided my order… Long story short they really handed me the bag of food that the customer ahead of me had in his car/ hand. While I asked them if they really just handed me the bag that the older gentleman brought in she said “yeah it is, but he didn’t touch it”. How would you know that if you were the one helping me at the window?… Although I have them the food back and got a refund this is highly unprofessional and disgusting at that. Customers …BEWARE
