If I could put a 0 I would. First of all, I had to wait for my food. Secondly I get home and I’m missing a fry. Thirdly I open my sandwich and half my hun is off the sandwich and all the toppings are on the wrapper. Cool. Lastly I call the store and guess what 6 times of calling and no damn answer. I am highly disappointed and will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Normally, we have a pretty good experience from these guys. Food is usually warm and tasty. This last time, we tried the new steak bites both in the sandwich and bowl, we got parked to wait, no biggie as it usually means fresh food. Not this time, everything was bad except the fries. And even those weren’t hot. I have no clue what we got parked for though since we didn’t get any fresh food at all. Lemonade tasted metallic, coke didn’t even taste like coke, just sparkling water with a slightly sweet edge to it… The steak bites were soft, but not on account of being tender, maybe they’d be better hot, but it was like eating lukewarm canned meat with artificial liquid smoke… I actually couldn’t swallow my sandwich bites without drinking something to help moisten it back up. Didn’t finish a single part of the meal but easily paid triple what I would have at McDonald’s. Learned my lesson!

I love their Mac n cheese bites, jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce, mozzarella sticks, and their roast turkey ranch and bacon market fresh sandwich the most!!! Their Bacon beef n cheddar is good too, but a little messy sometimes. Oh, and you’ve got to get a shake!

I’m giving one star legitimately because the service was friendly. Otherwise a horrible experience.
We were given all of our food and then asked to wait on our nuggs or cheesesticks (can’t remember) we sat there, in the car with our food getting cold for over 10 minutes. I wouldn’t allow anyone to get into the bags and eat until we got home for fear opening the bags would make the rest of the food colder. Then, by time we got home all of our food was cold!
I was just recently on vacation in FL and when i got a beef and cheddar there was more than 1/2 a teaspoon of cheddar on it.
This sandwich was SO DRY. I tried to smear the cheddar as much as possible.
The LARGE fry was no bigger than a small fry. There were barely any fries!!
Then my friend is eating her cold sandwich and all of a sudden she goes “omg, I’m going to throw up!!” A GIANT HAIR INNERTWINED INTO HER SANDWICH. She knew i was already planning to write a review so she had me take a pic. Meanwhile, we were both gagging. I have a pic & video actually of the hair breaking multiple times before we could finally get it out of the sandwich.
I will never eat at this Arby’s again! and I dk if i will ever eat Arbys again period!!

This location can’t get an order right. Forgets sauces every time, puts the wrong items in my bag 9 out of 10 times. At least one item has been undercooked.

Worst Arby’s around. Ice cold fries, stale bread. They messed up my order and after an 11 hour work day I tried calling and nobody answered and when I drive up there they are blasting music. Absolutely unprofessional, stay away from this location at all costs!!!!

The only reason I am giving a start is because I had no choice. Arby’s on Davison road step it up your drive through worker is rude. A bunch of my stuff was wrong/missing. I tried to call to let them know three times once I got home and I guess they just do not answer their phones!!! Horrible experience to say the least…
