The lady at the drive-thru intercom is an impatient jerk who sounds just as miserable as we saw her look through the window. The managers need to get a grip, do their job and actually start being managers. Otherwise you wouldn’t have incompetency and rudeness thats so visible the moment you drive up or walk in. Do better or find people who will.

Meat is cut so thick it’s gross. The meat should be shaved like other Arby’s I have gone to. It’s fatty and awful. Worst Arby’s ever!!! I find the response I received ridiculous. It’s pasted in because the owner cares as much as the rude workers. I called and spoke to two employees about the gross food and they were both rude and cared zero. I can see why all the negative comments on the food and service are not ever addressed because the poor food and service continues. No one cares here, owner and employees alike. $26 for three sandwiches, about four fries since they give you hardly any, and a couple turnovers. I couldn’t choke down my sandwiches and my daughter ate what she could of hers. $26 to be hungry still.

went through the drive-thru and made sure to be polite and respectful when placing my order. From the very start, the employee working (Very short hair, blue eyes, female) had an attitude and was silent until suddenly cutting me off mid-order and loudly telling me to pull up to the window. The interaction was rude enough that I didn’t even go back around to correct my order I just left.
I understand fast food can be a stressful environment, which is why I always try to be patient and courteous, but being treated that way felt like a slap in the face. It was disappointing, especially since I value showing respect to workers in these settings.

The customer service I experienced today was absolutely deplorable. I wanted to order the signature strawberry lemonade and the employee did not clarify that the lemonade had a different name. When I got to the window I asked if they still had the strawberry available as I thought for sure that I asked for the signature and she THEN clarified the difference after I had already been charged. The manager made a remark that, “If I wanted strawberry I should’ve said it”, and she must have thought I didn’t hear it, and stared at me with an attitude until you drove off. This was after I had to wait with there not being a single car in drive thru and an empty parking lot. I’m always waiting at this location even when I have an online order. I will not be returning.

Look… I try to not leave negative reviews, but this Arby’s consistently messes up something, every time we attempt ordering from here (hence, we don’t hit this drive-thru very often). Today was a couple of things though. First, how the hell are you gonna call a sandwich a “Beef & Cheddar” and put this sad amount of cheese on it??? I had to add cheese when I got home, bc it was pretty much dry. Secondly, all 3 of us got Cokes, and it was VERY obvious the syrup box needed to be changed. All 3 were see-through in the cups, and tasted basically like club soda. Didn’t find this out til we got home. Last, I get that everyone has an off night, but damn, was the woman working the drive-thru window, snippy as hell.

First time I’ve been to an Arby’s in 30 years.
Had a couple beef and cheddar sandwiches.
They were on special, too (2 for $5)
If you’re hungry and processed foods ok with you,
this was a filling meal.
Service was fast, too!

Paid for two large fries and got this, they’re not even half full, didn’t realize until we got home. I called and was told they “couldn’t hear me” but heard my boyfriend perfectly fine when he called.

Second visit.
Same manager.
Ordered my food at 4:48. Manager was standing watching videos. While passively directing crew while watching a video not suitable for the workplace or family atmosphere. You could clearly hear the audio from her phone, before asking for chicken to be dropped. She didn’t wash hands before helping on the back line.
Crew stood around while I waited patiently for my order. I watched my sandwich sit for several minutes before receiving my food. 5:05. The food was Luke warm….
Update! 12/2025
Recieved cold food and fries.
Tables weren’t wiped down.
I had to clean my own table before I could try to enjoy this cold food.
