Unfortunately it was comical. Walked in with the intention of dining in. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter to be helped, someone came from just behind the food counter to say “it’ll be a few minutes” all the while they were taking and finishing orders for drive thru. Another 5 minutes passes and more people walk in, still we have not been asked for our order. But still more drive thru cars are taken care of.
We left and went to McDonald’s.

Ordered 3 meal deals only got 2 of the 3 pops, tenders were cold and very very small. All of the fries were half full and not even hot. Top it off order a 1/2 lb beef n cheddar sandwich and it only weighed 7 oz when weighed including box, bun and cheese. Definitely not worth $60. Never again. What is up with this restaurant?

I won’t come back here again. I handed the girl a coupon doesn’t add it to my bill then I gotta wait 5 min for her manager to figure it out. I get home fries are cold box wasn’t even full hardly gave me any packets for a large fry I’m very disappointed in the service do better guys.

PLEASE give WILLIAM a new job! Today I visited your drive-thru. William took my order in which you could tell he was not interested in being at work today! He was short and pushed me through my oder. I asked two questions in which he was very aggravated.
Then I pull up behind the car that was in front of me that previously placed their order in front of me. The driver handed back over two drinks back through the window inside the restaurant. Then they handed the car in front of me, her bag of food. She pulled away. I pulled up to the window next in which William ( on his name tag) refurbished the used ice from the car in front of me and handed the refurbished soda to myself! I went to hand that soda back and he answered back with “he couldn’t touch my cup” —he just took the cups back from the previous car in front of me!
I literally live 2 minutes from your establishment, my food was $20.84. I just spent that amount on food that was a TOTAL waste. And was ice cold! I WILL NOT be returning back to your restaurant.
WHO EVER THOUGHT WILLIAM WAS A GOOD CHOICE FOR A MANAGER SHOULD RETHINK THIS POSITION! I never knew you could give food from a previous customer and pass along to the customer following behind! Sounds like maybe a call to Corporate should be given to inform the reuse of food to future customers ???? Also, is this normal practice for William? And is he allowed to reuse ice? What else is being given over to your customers from the previous just because William is having a bad day.
Just a side note…the young girl that was working with William, asked ” what he was doing “! The drive-thru window was open!

Public Service Announcement: I strongly advise against dining at this establishment due to serious food safety concerns. The burger I was served was undercooked to the point of being raw, posing a significant health risk had I not noticed in time. Additionally, the chicken tenders—which I’ll call crisps to remain truthful—appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for an estimated eight hours, rendering them dry and inedible. When I contacted the staff to report these issues, I was met with dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior. This experience raises serious concerns about both food handling practices and customer service standards.

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss combo but when i got home i found out they gave me chicken cordon bleu that was smothered in mayo. I hate mayo, absolutely disgusting, which is why i didn’t order that.

Me and my grandson went through the drive thru July 12, 2025 afternoon. I ordered two half pound classic roast beef sandwich and one chicken sandwich. The roast beef sandwiches both had badly smelling roast beef on the top of each sandwich and the next layer was a different color than the top and the bottom layer was pieces that were about 1/2 inch wide strips all piled on the bottom. All the strips were purposely hidden under the slices in the middle. The slices in the middle were about 4 inches across. The employee said it was a small piece and she couldnt throw it away so she cut all the strips, and when I asked why she would put rotten meat on my sandwich, she did not reply. This visit has successfully influenced me to never come here again or my family. Disgusting.
