I brought my family to my favorite location because I know the service and food are always perfect. They were out of my favorite new item, but Kyren went out of her way to find me a suitable substitute, and I discovered a new sandwich that I love in the process. This staff is second to none. I would drive out of my way to return here every time.

I rarely go to Arby’s, but decided to give this one a try because I was on the area. The low rating is due to them forgetting one of my items. It wasn’t busy and I was the only car there. They forgot a 6 piece mozzarella sticks in my order. Most of the food tasted alright, but not great. I won’t be returning to this location unless a few years go by and I forget about this experience.

I went to the Arby’s on Mound, and this gaustly woman named Kyren was the rudest, nastiest woman i have ever encountered in the relm of fast food. She was snappy and rude to the employees when she thought no one was looking. I am very unimpressed.

If your labor percentage doesn’t allow for you to have 4 workers. By 2pm. Maybe close up shop. 3 people have absolutely 0 chance of delivering a competent customer service experience. The workers were kind. All working really hard. All genuinely doing their best.

Ordered pick-up. NEVER AGAIN! Normally, food here is pretty good. When we got home to eat (less than 5 min drive) buns were hard & icky — obviously old. Blech!

Wanted to add — I ended up eating just the insides and added LOTS of Arby’s/Horsey sauce and it was only ok.
