If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!

Had a wonderful experience at Arby’s today. Huge shout out to Melissa and the wonderful woman with pink hair (unfortunately didn’t get her name) they were so kind and had such fun, friendly, inviting energy that made me so happy after a long day! I had an e-coupon on my phone but couldn’t figure out how to get it onto my Apple wallet the ladies had no problem helping me get it figured out so I could use it! I wish I had cash on me so I could’ve tipped them they so deserve it!!! Arby’s they deserve recondition! 5 stars!!!

This was the nicest Arby’s I have ever been in, the food here was very fresh and good, the staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful. The girl that helped us was Megan and she was very helpful and had great patience with my daughter. The restaurant was very clean as well.
