This Arby’s is your typical every day restaurant but this one has a small cozy inside with it being so small not a lot a lot of people frequently sit inside but it’s great especially when it’s raining or snowing and you just wanna relax it feels roomy and inviting especially with the hot food or a nice cold shake. Aside for the inside the food is great and the drive through is quick the only thing that would make it better is if the employee where giving a smile and being a bit more friendlier.

Ordered a double #1 with curly fries and classic #2 with regular fries.
Curly fries were nice hot but the regular fries were cold and under cooked.
The sandwiches were good and hit the spot.

Haven’t been nor craved Arby’s in a long time but I stopped for a loaded Italian sandwich meal and I actually liked it more than restaurants who specializes in subs. I like how soft the bun was. Will definitely return. SN: the fries are not actually curly tho; more like half circles lol. Still good tho.

Arby’s ,a name to reckon with ,in the culinary segment… yesterday’s visit to Arby’s, drive-thru was enjoyable……for the responses at the order placing ,as well as delivery window was courteous. Totally the order and delivery were fast… without any delay…The food was tasty…
And economical in pricing…
Altogether all of us including two children enjoyed the visit and eating.

Person taking me order was impatient. Asked for a jamocha shake and normally it comes with a drizzle of chocolate. In fact it’s the only shake you put the sauce on. When I ask for EXACTLY what I ordered because they skipped this step. I receive this and shame on you. I asked for horsey and arbys sauce and only got one. It’s so little people ask and when you do it right the first time you don’t have to remake things. Now apparently it is alright by your standards to drop quality.. this is a choice more than people will notice.Just really inconsiderate.

If I could give zero I would. Sun long hair dude walked past me twice acknowledge that I was there but then went on to start working on something on the burner. The other two girls never came over…… this went on for at least 5 minutes. And then I thanked them as I was walking out the door and the girl says you’re welcome have a good day…… I said I never got served. What exactly am I welcome for?

In past ording from any Arby’s I would have issues with my sandwich. I would say plain and get just a bun, or get a beef anni cheddar. Well today I ordered what use to be called a Giant Roast beef which is a half pounds #2. I repeated to the cashier I want just the meat and the bun. Like 5 times. I get my food and open it to have meat and no bun. I was not happy. Was even more mad when the manager said that was how I ordered it. Even more when the woman behind the counter was just as rude. So now worried about my food. I open the box there is a part of the top bun a little smashed ok something told me look at bottom. I flipped the sandwich over in the box to find a hole in the bottom bun not all the way threw. But deffently done on purpose. Because you and see the nails impressions in the bun. Not 1 but 2. Will post photos after I speak with corporate and store manager.
