Haven’t been to this location in a really long time. Went through the drive thru.
After I got home, realized the cashier at the drive thru window never bothered to ask if I wanted any sauce..
And the small sized drink was made even smaller was 80% of it was filled with ice! I might have gotten 3 small sips.
I’m not sure who was making the drinks, but honestly you need to be on the receiving end of getting 20% of something you pay 100% for.
When I go through a drive thru, I just assume you’ll give a decent quantity of food. I should not have to rifle through my bags and drinks to make sure the order is adequate. But this must be too much to ask?

Arby’s has gone the route of shrinkflation. Their classic roast beef has half the beef on it than it used to be a few years ago. A large curly fry is now the size of a medium. It isn’t worth it anymore. Can get more formal restaurant style food for the same price. Don’t plan on returning.

Went to the drive-thru asked for two double roast beef and cheddar’s and got two double plan roast beef sandwiches however they were still delicious and they got the rest of the order correct

every time i come here they are either out of beef or short staffed and closed. i went there tonight and they said it would be 45 min until they had beef and we came back 30 min later and they again said it would be 45 min. The guy also sounded either drunk or drugged up

Very nice staff. Went in and didn’t feel isolated. Really liked this location.
Had the new limited Arby burger.
The new Arby burger is actually really good.
Doesn’t taste like a fast food burger. Was really well seasoned and had no marks of freezer burn.
Seems & tasted like fresh meat. Really liked it.
Tasted like an in-and-out/SteaknShake burger.
The chicken salad….was healthy?
Like it had no unnecessary sugar at all; it depends on the grape slices to sweeten the mix.
I didn’t hate this at all. But neither was it anything special. But making chicken salad palatable is already a great feat. So better than my expectations. And not sickly sweet; which was surprising.
I ended up using only one slice of bread for the chicken salad and folding it in half. Too much bread.
Bread tastes good though. A nice rye bread; also not sweetened. Was perfect for sandwich bread.

Took my 16-year-old son here before going to the movies cause he said he wanted to check it out. He had never eaten here and as far as fast food goes, he loved it so did I Arby’s? He said they have the meats.

This Arby’s is great despite the fact I have noticed on multiple occasions there is one person in the store after hours. I thought it wasn’t allowed for just one person. Ridiculous, and unsafe. Won’t come back if they treat their employees like that.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. The staff is incredible, and just a delight to dine in here! The food is made fresh, and tastes delicious every single time I come here. Best location in the area! Would definitely recommend.

Chef Alton Brown recently stated that Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant he goes to . I agree with him 1000% and have been saying this for years. It’s the only fast food restaurant I go to as well. Fresh ingredients, ample portions and just healthier than any other fast food place out there. Try it. You’ll love it. CRD
