Never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything.
I had (3) of meat with 3 boxes and kids meal.
Me thinking im going have hot food.
I WAITED FOR ALMOST 7 minutes to get my food and drinks. Which was wrong
One of my order was missing item in one of the meat and 3 sides boxes and the chocolate milk for my daughter’s meal
I had to pull off and drive around the block to get my missing items and drink.
I get home everything is cold fried, mozzarella sticks and sandwiches are cold in all 3 meals. I called the store 3 times to get a rude manager tell me he won’t replace and good luck..
Really should not have to drive back around the block to get your missing items because you dont have all of your order when you pull off and if I have to pulled down and wait my food better be hot when I get it when I pull off onto Southfield.
I use to work in fast food I know what food looks like when it has been sitting too long in the warmer and this clearly how it looks old chicken patty old bad tomatoes
I tried to order on the app again and the app is not available at this location. See Ya!!! You lost my business.
I talked to 2 different people to claim that they were the manager and to ask them why and the answer I received was a poor excuse. Technology is unpredictable and maybe our internet is not working. Really? Then I asked the other manager for the phone number to call and she took her time. Waited 1 minute and left. I even took my time walking to the car, in case she wanted to give it to me or to try and make a potential customer satisfied/happy.
Look….I understand things happen, however they made no effort in trying to be make me even satisfied. There are other places that would be glad to get my business, but when you work for a corporate company you tend not to care.
Go ahead and try and contact me…I’ll be waiting.
My reviews are honest and I’ve left hundreds from all over.
Other than that, food is fresh and hot. They are all really nice in there.
I always use the app for great deals and easy pickup.
