(Check update at bottom for low score) Ordered 4 pizza sliders, they were good. The Female Manager on shift came by our table to ask us if our service and food was good which was nice. While I was talking to the manager I idiotically, with an erratic hand motion, knocked over my cup of water onto my phone.
The Manager sprung into action as she swiftly snatched my phone off the table and rescued it from the puddle of Water it was stewing in.
It was actually amazing how fast she snatched it up and began drying it. I found it a tad humorous as though my phone is not water proof I have dropped it in the tub a few times without doing any damage so when I spilled the water on it I didn’t really even react.
I appreciate her effort though to try and save it. Over all a good experience.
Update: Place seems to of gone downhill, few weeks ago I got a sandwich from here and it was supposed to be cut in half instead it was literally cut 1/3, and 2/3. Also today got a meal with some fries. The frie’s container was only filled about 3/5 of the way and the ketchup in the back was literally 6 or 7 bags stuck together in a sticky, disgusting clump. The Fries were also completely unsalted/seasoned.

Recently moved 10 mins away from this location. Called to here to see if they could make turkey sliders, cuz most locations still do it for you. Waited in line for 15 mins, got up to order and was immediately snapped at “idk who told you that, but we’re not making them here for you, go to a different location!” I tried to ask politely and tell them what I was told “ma’am like I told you, wren don’t and won’t make them, exit the drive thru!” WOWWWWW! Never again. Went to the one on 22 and van dyke and got what I needed!!!!

Very busy at take out window. Took a few minutes to get help as we were eating in. Arby’s roast beef was good. The chicken ranch wrap was sorta cold …cheese barely melted. I was told they could not warm it up. The potato cakes were hot.

Took a really long time for me to get my food probably 15 minutes, and ranch wasn’t their ranch… it maybe had a squirt of ranch in it. Also, quit sending people to the front to wait for their food there isn’t enough room for all these cars.

This is probably the best Arby’s around it is fast and very accurate with my order. The only complaint I ever had was that they are not open at certain times but I don’t think that is their fault just staffing issues. Besides that never had anything bad here, I recommend the Fish when they have it French dip and orange shake. Hopefully they will bring back the potato cakes soon or what used to be my grandfathers favorite sandwich the Big Montana.

0 stars if i could. Went to order the lady with pink short hair that wears glasses has the worst customer service attitude that i have ever seen. Im not sure if she couldnt handle the pressure of a large order. However there were no customers in the store or the parking lot but my vehicle. I usually dont let rude fast food workers get to me. However this is different. I spoke clearly to the “store manager” and she typed my whole order in wrong aside from the sliders.. I asked how do we fix this and she was very, very rude. I asked for the store owners Number or a corporate number to call and complain because I know you can complain on store managers and she said there is no number.! I will NEVER go to this arbys in my life. They need employers who want to work and have positive attitudes. This is what Romeo is proud of rude workers. Sad. Get a new job if you don’t like this one.
