This particular moment when they sell the fish sandwich hats goes off to the sandwich maker. He made that fish sandwich so delicious. I went back in for a third, the staff was great. That night service was awesome.

My husband just went through the drive though and ordered a few things and there was like 4 people yapping and not paying attention to the point the girl that was working drive though first forgot to give my husband his change and then when he got home we realize they forgot my daughters chicken tenders. When i went to call..no one answered. I’ve been going to this restaurant for most to all my life and this is not normal at all. Smh..i know its xmas eve day and i get it..but dang..please do your job..we pay for the food..we should get it. May JESUS CHRIST bless you all anyways and HE IS COMING NOW!!!

We ordered $42 worth of food including two of the French dips with double meat. The lit of one of the dipping sauce was not correctly put on and when I went to go move the bag spilled over me and in my car. One of my husband’s french dips was not properly wrapped and when we went to unwrap it, it just about it fell apart in our hands. A lot of places we can go to spend 40 bucks and get food that’s well presented.

80% of the time I come here they get my order wrong. Just today, I ordered the French dip and swiss and didn’t get the dip. Who wants a French dip and Swiss without the dip? Nobody, that’s who. I think I’m done with this place. They hire lazy people who don’t care. I got a $2 reimbursement on Uber eats, for something that cost like 8 bucks, cuz I’m not eating the sandwich without the dip. Dry sandwich without the dip and only $2 back; not worth it.

UPDATE: Arby’s has gone to the dogs. Come one come all I guess. They’re allowed here apparently. Should fix the parking lot also, does not drain and always floods when it rains. END UPDATE Two can dine for $8.99 was a great deal they changed to $9.99 and you get no extra side just sandwiches and fries with drinks. French dips are kinda sad for $7 and they give you like no au jus.

Food good kinda cold barley warm sadly, was 6pm tho but thick chicken strip I paid 6$ for 3 and this is this most skinny skimpy chicken strip I paid 2$ for this is kinda sad, everything was cool just double check the size of the chicken u get or ur paying over priced

Went to the St Clair Shores Arby’s. I ordered a curly fry and a crinkle-cut fry, and asked for them to be fresh. The curly fries were fresh but the crinkle cuts were room temperature. Got two cheese cups, and the 2 together was not 1 full cup. So disappointing, I see why some of these places are closing. If the manager don’t care neither will the team members.
