I ordered two crispy fish sandwiches and each of my sandwiches had mold on the Buns that is disgusting I hardly eat out anyway and this is the reason why. And I know you saw that on the bread before you toasted it .people just don’t care about your food anymore at all I will never go back to that place and I hope if you’re reading this you don’t either

Did an online order and over half of the food was missing from the bag when I got it home. A whole sandwich, 3 sides, and 3 sauces were missing. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid any issues of miscommunication and not getting what is wanted. This is by far the worst case of missing food I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant. It’s not like one side missing or they forgot my sauce…half the order is just non-existent in the bag. And the bags were taped shut and the window was shut in my face as soon as the bags came out almost as if they knew it was wrong and were trying to rush me out before I noticed. Truly embarrassing. I will never be returning to this Arbys location.

Good food, absolute trash for service. We dashed an order and there was no au jus for my wife’s sandwich. So I grabbed her sandwich and receipt to get it replaced possibly because it was cold and of course the au jus. I explained it all and dude just said no au jus come back tomorrow. I asked how long they’ve been out of the au jus so maybe they wouldn’t let people buy a dry sandwich. There was no response and I asked again…..nothing. Naturally that would upset someone and I ask why the hell can’t he talk? He just came on and said “get out my window rah rah” I asked what was that and he repeated it. I’m shaking at this point and got to the window and surprise, no one there. I threw my wife’s cold sandwich at the window because it was no good to us. They didn’t even want to try and remedy the situation at all and come back after I already came back. Who knows maybe homeboy was having a bad day because his girl was cheating on him while he was locked up ♂️. You don’t like your job then quit and do something you have never done…..try! I did, that’s why i don’t work at Arby’s. All I know whatever his problem is we had nothing to do with.

Wanted to try the seasonal crispy fish sandwich, called, they were open. It wasn’t worth the trip. I requested extra, extra, extra tarter and barely got any tarter. The sandwich was cold as if the fish was taken from the freezer and if it was heated it wasn’t thoroughly heated.

Service is garbage. Pull up to the window and Yashica says, “Whatchu got??” Like you don’t already know what I ordered?? Told me to pull up, never asked if I needed any sauce or anything for my order. Rude employees. This place has gone down hill. Employee comes out with my food and damn near throws it at me and doesn’t say a word. I open the bag and fries are completely dumped out in the bag. This is ridiculous

This place has some of the nastiest Attitudes working the drive thru. So nasty that you don’t want to say anything in fear of maybe someone doing something to your food. Owner needs to DO BETTER with the hiring. Especially when folks are dealing with the public.

This lady had the worst attitude ever! She was rude to every single customer that came in. She forgot a shake for our order and tried to tell us we were wrong even though we had the receipt. She then just stood at the counter eating snacks.

Good variety of sandwiches, with healthy choices the Fire Roasted Philly pretty awesome, and the half pound large sandwich packed with meat, can add lettuce and tomatoes, can’t beat the curly fries though! Friendly staff, can be a little pricey, I do have men with big appetites. Would definitely recommend
