came thru the drive thru ordered 3 buffalo chicken sliders cheese sticks fries and a ruben meal… my Ruben had 4 thin sliced pieces of meat on it. fries were cold. chicken sliders were so hard and stale they were not edible. cheese sticks tasted frozen still those and the fries got put in my air fryer to finish cooking them. tried to call didnt get an asnwer. one time i got a hang up on me but no person to speak to. as a manger at a food establishment thats unprofessional. ill be escalating this further because this is the 3rd time ive had issues ive tried to have fixed

Customer service rocks.
Food is always delicious! Onion rings the best around. Nice crispy thick rings. Yummy! Those Jamocha shakes. WOW! Chocolate and coffee. For someone who hates coffee I love these shakes!

Food was OK
Staff was pushy and didn’t get the order right.
No straws with the drinks either.
They screw up orders and omit items it makes a trip thru the drive Thru for fast food a trip back inside to correct the mistakes to come back out to cold slow food not fun.

This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I’ve been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I’ve ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son’s entire meal. We e weren’t charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can’t seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time.

Food is expensive. Haven’t been there in ages but when we went for a kids meal and two regular meals it was 40 dollars. Also when my cousin was eating her gyro there was a long blonde hair in her food. She was very upset. My turkey bacon ranch sandwhich was good but we were both thrown off after that.

there is a piece of hair on my gyro . Not Sure Why restaurants in port huron don’t wear hair nets anyways but this is disgusting now …. i have clearer pics if need be . but as soon as i unwrapped my gyro and tried to place it back together to eat it i saw this circle string of black hair on my meat this is gross. not trying to eat people hygiene here

The meat from my sandwich was loose in the bottom of the bag, it then broke through and spilled on me as I was walking back into my office. Pictures of my lunch on the ground included. I’m surprised McDonald’s has yet to file a trademark infringement lawsuit on these guys based on their insistence on only hiring clowns. Won’t catch me giving them money ever again.

The past couple of times we have ordered from this Arby’s, it has been very disappointing. They have been forgetting stuff we ordered, giving us the wrong food or giving us food that had mold on it. Waste of money going here.
