Just got home after going to the drive-through and a 14 hour day. This is definitely not a double Arby’s sandwich. I got three potato cakes for some reason. I didn’t get the ketchup that I asked for and I got Arby’s sauce instead. But I saw 3 individuals, have a great time laughing it up as I watch and wait for my order.
I definitely should’ve checked and that’s on me. But man… This is rough after a long day.

Went here 3/4/2026 around 7:30PM ordered the $7.99 box-( fish sandwich, small fry 3 cheese sticks and peach cobbler rolls) and a Gyro wrap spending $16! On my way work I bite the fish sandwich cold and HARD! I say maybe I try again take another bite I couldn’t finish it actually made me sick to the point of THROWING UP! Never again the worst ARBYS EVER!!

No one in drive thru line told to wait a minute. Order the meal deal with peach cobbler. Told I would have to wait because peach cobbler wasn’t ready. Asked to sub with apple pie so my food didn’t get cold. Told no. Waited awhile ended up getting a refund. Where is the customer service? so sad not at this place. No sorry no nothing. Maybe if you say no substitution you at least have this item ready instead of making everybody wait. Or does that make sense. Good job on the snow hope no one has to call sam

The food was absolutely disgusting. It seems like they haven’t changed the fry oil in quite some time. Had to throw 90% of the food away and now I have to go back out and get something else because my wife and daughter are pissed. Also they got the one the two items that were edible wrong. Normally this Arby’s isn’t bad but today, I was extremely disappointed.

The manager was so bad tonight and rude to employ that was nice to me, I spent my time to write my first review, sorry you can’t be rude to employees in front of me and me!!! @ manager learn some boss and customer skills its not hard to learn its less energy you are projecting at her and me. Horrible. I have NEVER received a hot… even warm meal there. It is literally ALWAYS cold. The food tastes horrible. I order a large and medium frie for me and my grandmother and they seriously didn’t fill it up to the top. These employees do not to pride in their work. Yes, they work at Arby’s. It’s still a job that serves/impacts other people. Don’t go here… McDonald’s is better than this.

Made the mistake of stopping at arbys today. Who doesn’t like room temprature meat and sandwiches?
I let the woman know the new steak nuggets came out barely 100 degrees (i carry a thermometer and scale because i weight lift) and thought maybe because it was a new item it was an issue with quality Control she said they just push a button. My brisket sandwich was also lukewarm, the bbq sauce was warmer than the meat.
For less than $18 you could get a hobo to throw up on a plate for you and it’ll be steaming hot.

7pm and employee is busy closing 3/4 of the lobby, while a line is forming. Only came here because of a coupon I had just received in the mail, but I’m greatly reconsidering the choice. Now the employee is moping the floor, nothing like eating my meal with a strong cleaner smell in the air. Place need better management just shut it down. It will be long time before we return.

Drive thru is speedy wait isn’t bad on a busy day, there Follow safe practicing. The gyros are really good, one of each is the way to go, the med and large sandwich are a family favorite, love the jamocha shake for a treat!
