We stopped in for supper after getting home later than expected. The young woman that waited on us (after an extended wait) walked up, leaned against the wall and said, “I’m still on break.” I said, “okay.” She leaned against the wall for a couple minutes before saying, “what do you need?” I should have said, better customer service! Not a thank you in sight. No need to return. I know the business is hard but hi might have been better!

I don’t know her name, but she worked in the drive thru. She has red hair, and I think a piercing on the side of her lip. Anyways, she was amazing. Her service was TOP TIER. She had a smile on her face and everything. My boyfriend thought I knew her, I’m like nope she’s just giving the service that people deserve. She was awesome for real!!

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about grabbing Arby’s me and my boyfriend went there last night for dinner, and halfway through my meal I found a hard piece of beef in my Beef n’ Cheddar sandwich. And I mean HARD.
I normally wouldn’t make a big deal out of something like that, but this really threw me off.
A few hours later we both started feeling super nauseous, and by this morning we were actually throwing up.
Our daughter had Wendy’s and she’s totally fine, so i don’t think it’s a random bug.
Honestly, I think this Arby’s needs an inspection asap just incase.
Needless to say, we won’t be back for a long while.

I hesitate to write this but I was in here the other day and there was someone who seemed like a manager who was speaking very disrespectfully to their coworkers. She was cussing them and using the F word right in front of me and other customers. I felt terrible for them. I and two other customers left, and they both were as disgusted as I was. I see no reason to ever go here again. Low class. She has no business working with people and should probably get a different kind of job. I’m surprised Arby’s would make this kind of low intelligence, rude person a manager. Corporate will hear about this.

The food was good, but they need to put someone with a friendlier attitude at the counter. The girl who waited on us was too rude to be waiting on customers. My husband had to walk away from her. I watched her while I was waiting for our food and she was like that with everyone. Also, I let her know that the ketchup and napkins were both empty. No one came to fill it while we were there. It wasn’t busy at all.
