We have been to this Arby’s many times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and food. In the few times that we have had an issue; the manager has always dealt with it proactively and quickly where we ultimately benefited. One of the best Arby’s we have been to.

The employees here were outstanding. The food was good and the place was nice and clean. It is really easy to find using Google Maps as it is near the intersection of Interstate 64 and U.S. Hwy 41. The store has been completely remodeled. There is plenty of free parking in their large lot. Service here is generally pretty fast even when they are busy.

I think it all boils down to not being able to get help. We stepped up to the counter, and the fella behind the cash register just stood there staring at us instead of saying. How can I help you or how are you doing today? Or what can I get you? He just stared at us. And then we finally started to order. We ordered 3 sliders and a small order of curly fries and 2 small drinks. Went to the sauce and ketchup dispensers, and they were all empty. I had to go back to the counter to get packets of ketchup for the curly fries.. The tables were dirty, the place was dirty. It would have been nice for them to wipe off a table once in a while. However, the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken wing slider and the jalapeno roast beef slider. My wife ordered a roast beef slider. The chicken wing slider was pretty good. The roast beef jalapeno slider was a little shy on roast beef, as was my wife’s roast beef slider. The curly fries were good and fresh, and everything was hot. Only 3 stars for this Arby’s. Give me a thumbs up if this was helpful to you.

I ordered the new burger meal with a large jamocha shake and large curly fries. I was asked to pull forward while my food was being prepaired, not sure why since I was the only person in the drive thru. I was given my shake and i pulled forward. I decided to park instead and went inside because the shake I was given wasn’t a large. I asked the employee if this was large shake and without even looking at it said yes it is. And asked if I was the online order and set my food on the counter and walked away.. as I was pulling onto the highway I realized my fries were cold and no where near a large.

Awful. They argued with us over French fries. Ordered crinkle cut and they gave us curly fries. When my husband said he ordered crinkle fries the lady at the window started arguing and said she would have to charge us more.

Their customer service has gone downhill the last few months as if their management had changed or something. Tonight our meal looked like it was slopped together quickly, it was bland, undercooked, they were stingy on the fries (the carton was half full), and no ice in our drinks (they’ve not had ice for weeks now, it doesn’t take weeks to fix an ice machine). We will not be going to this location from here on.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes with at least 3 employees seeing me. One asked if i had a mobile order.
None were interested in taking my order or greeting me and telling me they were busy or making another excuse. I chose to walk over to the McDonald’s instead and used their kiosk. I had my meal in less time than I waited here.

Asked for buffalo sliders with no ranch, but they had ranch on them. Also, my 8 piece jalapeno popper order only had a 7 poppers.
