Went through the drive thru. Lady that took our order was impatient and rude. Told us to pull forward didn’t even tell us the total. Impatiently waiting for us to pay but hadn’t even told us how much yet. Then aggressively hands us our food and shuts the window. Not saying a word.

During lunch hours food is subpar. My food is usually pretty good in the afternoon though. Sometimes employees can be not especially inviting. Location is fairly clean though. Skimping on the cheese on my beef & cheddars is breaking my heart Arby’s!

Rude drive thru kid working. My sandwich looked disgusting called talked to a manager got hu on twice. Took it back manager on duty a lady did not even apologize or offer another sandwich. She told me on the phone they were ‘busy’ that was her excuse. They were not busy no cars in drive and Noone inside. I will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru on 5/1 asking gor a double roast sandwich add tomato and brown the meat brown the last in drive thru was quite rude telling me they can’t do that. I ask for the meat browned every time I go to any Arby’s and they do it. Your location isn’t nice or friendly at all. And the employee didn’t have to be rude

We stood there for 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged. Food was sitting there getting cold because nobody was bagging anything. And the absolute worst part is that there was a lady in the kitchen with her vape around her neck dragging it all in people’s food that she was making. Do not go here!

I had to pick up a delivery order from this restaurant and the food was ice cold. When I asked how long it had been sitting because it was cold, I was rudely told by two employees that there’s no way because ot sat in a warmer. This order was sitting on a metal shelf directly behind the register, right next to the drink that didn’t have any condensation (which it would if that was the warmer), and the kids meal bag had a milk in it (so why would that be placed in their supposed warmer). Staff is rude and obviously lie. I wouldn’t recommend eating any kind of take out from here.
