Two guys were so stoned they fought over who got to put the door dash sticker on my non door dash order bag… But wait there’s more!

So, this was a mobile order. I downloaded the app because the big sign in the window says free sandwich with app and I thought it would be easier on them. I added the coupon to my mobile order. Not a single person in the place or in drive through, but they still make you come inside to grab the food, okay no big deal. Park and go inside. He couldn’t figure out for the life of him where they keep the three pepper sauce. Finally, I take my order, smile, and thank them.But they forgot the free sandwich I added on the app. Go back through the drive through and they say the app glitched, but I know it was added in my cart, so they refused to honor the free sandwich. He says he can sell me one..The greasy dude with curly hair was extremely smug and disrespectful. Enough to keep me from returning here.

Food? 0/10 also. There was lamb in my chicken wrap. And the extra banana peppers were mostly stems.

I got a French dip sub and after receiving the order. The bread was completely smashed. The meat was the same as a regular roast beef with melted cheese on it
The French dipping sauce had the consistency of water. It tasted like somebody took a bottle of Worcestershire sauce and add in a gallon of water to it. I also tried the gyro. The gyro itself was decent but the sauce that they put on it again had the consistency of water. I literally picked it up and everything just ran out of it. They’re charging like $6.50 per sandwich. It’s not worth it.

What a shame. This location seriously needs new management. The quality of food is sub par at best. In today’s economy, you’d hope that restaurants would do their best to keep and grow their businesses.

This Arby’s was the worst food I’ve ever had in any Arby’s. Our food was cold, French fries were stale and had obviously been sitting for quite awhile before we arrived. Service was absolutely terrible. Several employees were there but no one was cleaning tables or working. They were all talking and whoever brought our food out, just set it down and walked away.

This afternoon my bf and I ordered lunch on the mobile app and when I opened my chicken sandwich at home all the modifications were correct but they forgot the chicken patty. I called, they gave me the option for refund or replacement and within 20 minutes I am at home again with a remade correct sandwich and a couple extra cookies for the trouble. Awesome and quick customer service.

Ordered two meals. One was chicken fingers and side of mozzarella sticks. Specifically told person taking order in drive thru that we wanted marinara for both. When got home, no sauces in bag at all. Wife called and was told they were busy and try to do better next time. But no one was inside and we were only car there when we ordered. She ( employee on phone) basically didn’t care. Probably won’t go back with that attitude even though other food order was fine.

Sent a coworker to grab food for lunch, paid with cash. Coworker came back with change and my change had blood all over it. When I called and talked to the manager she wasn’t very friendly when I told her about the situation. She said she was the one who cut her finger and got blood on my change. I told her my concern was if the money had blood all over it does my food have blood on it? She told me no she was sure the food didn’t have blood on it and to bring it back and she’d give me my refund. I brought it back and got my refund but she wasn’t apologetic or anything kind of snarky so I will not be back and I’m sure you don’t care if I do come back or not but this could’ve been handled a little better. You could’ve been sympathetic and even understanding with my concerns. Thanks for the refund though. I hope and pray that no one else got blood on there orders.
