Went to Arby’s (Winchester, IN) after work and got the gobbler sandwich and the club both were so delicious and made so perfect thanks to Angie, Jayla and Hayden. They made the entire service great! The sandwiches were sooooo good and fresh! The customer service was awesome! Angie and Jayla is why my family and others continue to go back to that Arby’s they know what they are doing and they make things right wish all the employees there would take lessons from Them 2 ladies. Corporate I hope you know how valuable Angie and Jayla from the Winchester Indiana Arby’s is they deserve a raise! Thank you ladies you made me love Arby’s again!!

Regarding the Arby’s in Winchester, Indiana:
I would recommend a different floor cleanser or either don’t use the same water in the kitchen and then into the dining room. My tennis shoes and sandals stick to the dining room floor.
The front foyer doormat is thick with grease.
The sidewalk entrance at the front door is black with grease
Handicapped parking is in the back row, Why is it not in the front row by the door? Our choice today after church was either park in the back row, or park clear down by the drive-through. My husband chose to park by the drive-through rather than crossing the driveway because he is so slow with his walker.
The ceiling is stained with brown water spots, ….is this leaking onto the table and seats?

After dining out at El Carreton for our lunch, I drove my client to Arby’s and ordered us each a large vanilla shake. When the employee handed them out to me, my client informed me they didn’t prefer whipped cream on their milkshake. I ordered another milkshake without whipped cream but, employee wouldn’t hear of it. I was given a large vanilla milkshake without whipped cream and was told to keep the other milkshake. I tried to pay for the new milkshake again but, was told they wouldn’t accept the money. My client was happy happy and the day was saved. Arby’s milkshakes are by far the best milkshakes in Winchester. 10/10.

What happened to this store? I waited in line at the drive through for a half hour. You would think when I got my food the fries would be hot or at the very least warm. No they were ice cold. The company needs to get a handle on this because this used to be a good store.

Every time we go here, they get something wrong. Even little things are consistently fouled up… like forgetting sauces, straws, plastic ware, even napkins. And you might as well forget anything special. We went through the drive thru to order the attitude was poor and came off as resentful that we ordered special items. This time, I asked for my krinkle fries to be cooked a longer and no salt, and my husband added on Mac and cheese bites to his meal. We were asked to pull forward because it would be about 10 minutes for our order. It seemed a bit long, but okay. When they brought out our order, they got my fries wrong and burned his bites. If this were an isolated incident, it would be fine, but this is every single time.
