The food was as good as the employees arguing in front of customers after loafing around while customers waited for their food. All in all I found another Arby’s that will keep me away for the foreseeable future. Cordon bleu could be better if chicken was thicker and ham was less salty. I kiss the old roasted chicken sandwiches. I steer clear of the “beef”. I’m not sure if my tastes changed or Arby’s did but it’s seemingly not for me.

Unbelievably rude. My husband pulled up over half an hour before they should have been closed. A male employee came over the speaker and said their computers were down and they were closed. My husband said okay, and then sat there for a minute so he could call me and see what else I wanted (I’m pregnant and was craving their French dip). The guy came over the speaker again and stated, this time rudely, that they were closed. My husband said, “I heard you, there’s no one behind me, I’m calling my wife, who I was getting food for, to see what else she wants.” The employee said “Pull around, we can get your license plate and have you banned.” Honestly, UNREAL. I know customer service is not what it used to be, but Arby’s is way too overpriced these days for us to ever consider coming back here. This was our first time trying this location since moving to Richmond, and they are more than welcome to ban us because we will not be back after that first impression.

Just drove through the drive through ten minutes ago. Employees were sitting on the curb by the store entrance smoking a huge blunt. Come on guys, usually you smoke outside the drive thru door, this time everyone could see you and your friend rolling that big blunt. Not to mention the manager looked like he was going to rip someone’s head off tonight.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been there multiple times within the past few weeks and have been treated horribly all of those times by the same crewmember. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes and called because nobody had acknowledged me to ask if they were open. The same employee who is rude to me every single time responded back with “ I answered the phone, didn’t I?” I don’t understand why people stay in customer service when that clearly isn’t where they’re meant to be, trying to figure out how to get in touch with higher ups, but when I call, he cusses me out.

Waited at spealer for 10 minties at 915pm. No one took my order. Had to drive across town. On the way home the entire staff is out front at least 4 to 5 people huddled up doing anything but work. Im a local restaurant gm. You are gonna lose all your business if this continues. I wont be back.

I have now wasted my time on three different occasions trying to get the Italian sub just to find out they did not have portions made up for it. I waited in the drive-through line twice and the third time I went in and actually waited 12 minutes before they came up to tell me they were out of the set ups. A complete waste of time and no customer service whatsoever.

I ordered the new cheese steak and it was horrible. The picture looked great, full of meat. But when I got it wasn’t even close. The meat was the wrong color, there was so little meat you had to open it to see it, and it more cheese than meat to the point it look like someone threw up on bread. I could only manage to get half down and had to throw it away. The lobby was so cold I couldn’t eat all my fries either. And for what I had to pay for the meal I expected to get good food. It not the first time I’ve gotten terrible food from Arby’s. The only thing they never manage to screw up is a simple roast beef sandwich. Not goin back

I ordered the Roasted Turkey Ranch and Bacon Market Fresh Sandwich and a Coke Zero. It always tastes good. I just wish the Richmond Arby’s restaurants would allow mobile ordering on the app. Every time I try to put the app on my phone, it says they can’t do mobile ordering at these locations.
UPDATE: May 1, 2022-I was told in early April that one could start using the Arby’s app to order from the Richmond restaurants sometime in April. Last week, I found in the Play Store that the app had been updated. I loaded it on again, and you still can’t order from the Richmond restaurants on the Arby’s app. When can one be able to use the app to order from the Richmond restaurants?
UPDATE:. July 12 ,2022- Last night, I came to this location after going to a friend’s house. I normally go to the Eastside location, but this one was closer to my friend’s house. I did a mobile order with a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Fries, and a Coke Zero. I picked up my order, and when I got home, I discovered I got my drink, but instead I got a Buffalo Chicken Slider and a Large Curly Fries. I didn’t have time to go back and get it done right, so I ate it. I emailed them, but no response and had no time to call them. I am letting them know here, because I know managers read Google Maps. I don’t know what was wrong with the people at the west side last night, but the manager should reach out to me. Next time, I am going to the east side.
UPDATE:. April 6, 2023-The last time I was here, I was not happy. I had to stop at the west side location on my way to a service on the west side. I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, Crinkle Cut French Fries, and a Coke Zero. I was delicious! My order was perfect! I have always liked the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich with the brisket and the sauce. They made some improvements since the last time I was here. They do need to clean the tables, because there was trash on some of them. I was the only customer in there dining. Most people were coming inside to pick up food, or going through the drive thru. If they didn’t have dirty tables, more people would eat there.

I didn’t realize at first…that I was overcharged for my food. I asked for 4 classics and that would have been $14…I was charged full price. I was home before I realized. We live 15 miles away so going back wasn’t an option. Food is great.
