Normally, I don’t like to leave negative comments. However, I must make an exception. I decided to stop by Arby’s to get a crispy chicken sandwich and a double roast beef. Plus a lemonade and a Coke without ice to drink. To begin with, the order was incorrect. They gave us classic beef and cheddar; the smell of that particular food item was horrible. The curly fries were either overcooked or old, but they had an awful flavor. The lemonade tasted like it had gone bad. I definitely do not recommend buying from this location.

This right here is the absolute best thing in the world between the brisket and the chicken I’m in heaven. The employees are wonderful the manager is hilarious and I’m in love with this location. I wish Nashville put this effort in their food because when I say it was amazing I mean this was AMAZING

Drive thru was fairly quick and food was hot and as ordered. Refreshing result when so often this is not the case at other fast food venues.

Ah, Arby’s—home of the meats, curly fries, and apparently every law enforcement officer in a 50-mile radius. If you’ve ever wanted to enjoy a roast beef sandwich under the watchful gaze of people who definitely ran your plates as you parked, this is the spot. Last time I went, I counted three state troopers and a sheriff, which means either (A) Arby’s is the undisputed king of fast-food fine dining, or (B) there’s a warrant with my name on it. Either way, I was sweating harder than the horseradish sauce.

The food? Absolute perfection. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they use to make roast beef that thin, but it’s like edible silk. The curly fries? Crunchy, seasoned, and possibly the reason for world peace (if world leaders ever tried them). The mozzarella sticks? So good I briefly considered proposing to the fry cook.

Service was quick, despite the fact that the cashier was probably suppressing an anxiety attack from the sheer number of badges in the room. If I had to nitpick, I’d say maybe tone down the police convention happening in the dining area. It’s hard to enjoy a French Dip when you’re mentally preparing a fake alibi just in case.

All in all, a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully on a day when I don’t feel like I need a lawyer present.

Seymour, IN Arby’s – Ordered a medium iced tea with my meal and at the drive-thru I was handed a large instead. I asked for a medium cup as this large would not fit in my cup holder. The staff member wasn’t very receptive of my request. She then handed me a new medium tea, but refused to throw the lg away for me. I ended up gifting it to another couple in the parking lot, rather than pouring it out and returning inside to throw the cup away.

Also, my crinkle cut fries weren’t salted at all and my daughter’s curly fries were overdone and mostly small stumpy pieces like from the bottom of a bag.

When asked if I wanted Arby’s or Horsey Sauce, I asked for one packet of Horsey Sauce. Instead our bag had 8 packets of Arby’s Sauce and no Horsey Sauce.

We were traveling and usually have a more positive experience at Arby’s. Will not visit this location again!

Ate here yesterday. As we were leaving I seen a cockroach crawl across the counter with the pop machine and condiments.

Is so incompetently staffed it isn’t even funny, runs out of roast beef wich is the equivalent of KFC running out of chicken and will shut down online orders entirely even after they have been confirmed by the system, and when they do let a online order go through they somehow manage to forget something, and half the time the oil is so old it takes all the seasoning from the items
