A little disappointing. I got home and the sandwich I ordered was something else, I dont really know what it was, it didn’t taste that good. They forgot the sauce for the jalapeño bites. I live twenty minutes away so I didn’t want to go back. I should’ve checked the bag before I left, that’s my fault. I just didn’t really enjoy the meal. The kid working the window was nice though.

Never again. Poorly prepared sandwiches. Employees that are more interested in their phones than customers or product quality. No wonder there’s rarely any vehicles in the parking lot. I won’t go back.

Worst Arby’s experience ever. Lady behind the counter was so rude a lil old lady stood there for at least 5 min her food getting cold just to get a fork. She asked the lady if she had a fork and the lady behind the counter said yes and just walked off ignoring the lil old lady. Another person behind the counter eventually gave her a fork so she can now eat her cold food. Shame customer service is allowed to be this

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employee at the drive through window was rude. The food was completely different from what I ordered and inedible. Cold, dried out curly fries. No jalapenos on the jalapeno sliders. And I received a Beef-n-Cheddar instead of a Regular Roast Beef sandwich. Being rude is one thing, but sending out disgusting food for $17 is criminal. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Don’t order cheeseburgers, they serve pink meat. I initially called about my door dash order and was told by management that it would be replaced. I attempted to have it replaced and was told by the general manager: Anita that since I couldn’t remember who I had spoken with and that my name was nowhere to be found…the order couldn’t replaced. Also, their burgers are made like this, and it is mentioned on the menu per her words directly. I’ve never heard of such in my life. Shut the whole establishment down at this point.

Sub par service if I hadn’t pulled over in the lotto eat I would not have had the horsie sauce. Everything was warm to cold. We got 2 mac-n-cheese bowls and they had cold and hot spots mainly Luke warm and for $3 you would think the bowl would be full but you be the judge. The food otherwise.. The fish was way over cooked and hard the beef and cheddar sandwiches were the only thing that was really done right the Gyros tasted fine the portions for fine I don’t think they put enough cucumber sauce on them.
