I had coupons for a classic roast beef meal for 5.99 I bought one. Had another coupon for classic beef n cheddar meal for 6.99 I bought four. I know the beef n cheddar limits three per coupon. My order came to 54.30 dont know why?? On top of that I was pulled and the lady didn’t take my card till she brought out the food. I didn’t know the price and I didn’t get a receipt. I check my bank statement and it was the price mentioned above dont know why. They dont answer the phone so I haven’t been able to aquire why it was that price. Im not a satisfied customer.

We only ate a fry and iced tea, and also used the bathroom. But the tea was great. The fry was hot. The bathroom was clean and it was easy access to the parking lot from the road. It is also a nice looking fast food restaurant on the inside.

Really nice eating areas and best turkey sandwich I have had in a long time.
Delicious turkey..the bourbon barbecue turkey sandwich…I didn’t have the barbecue sauce and it was sooo good…sweet and salty. I will be back. It’s not the old Arby’s I knew years ago. Much better.

I’d been craving Arby’s for several weeks. I haven’t had it for years, but something in me wanted it. So I go and order a ridiculously large amount of food. Like 10 sandwiches, fries, apps, and all to go. I was expecting to get so much attitude. (If you’ve ever placed a large order at a fat food restaurant, you know. ) But the staff was so nice and helpful. They were literally cheery. I asked for a bunch of sauce, and instead of giving me 5 packets… the guy gave me a handful…. and smiled doing so. Such a great experience. Will certainly be back.

Amy S is the assistant manager in Clarksville. She should know better than to speak in a hasty, rude way (drive thru). Food was amazing as always, but the point of customers is to make them feel welcome and happy. I understand the staffing difficulties but i am definitely disappointed in an assistant manager communicating so incorrectly. Maybe next visit will be better for us?
