My roast beef looked like it was green in the middle. The soda machine was out of ice with lime and rust all over it. The dining room doesn’t look like it has been swept, mopped or wiped down in about a month employees with hair hanging down to their shoulders, wiping their nose with their bare hands and serving food, I will never come to this location again and I hope no one else does either.

I don’t leave reviews but tonight Just put me over the edge. I ordered the corned beef ruben sandwich, and after paying they asked me to pull forward and wait, no problem. A couple of minutes later, they brought my sandwich cout to me, and I drove the three blocks home only to discover that the bread was like a rubber band and the meat wasn’t even Luke warm. This had happened multiple times and I’m over it. Arbys will no longer get my business. Thanks to the crew at the Brookville, IN. Location.

Can’t imagine how difficult it must be to make a simple sandwich on a slow day… I have been going to this location because there are not a lot of options out here for my half hour lunch break and out of the 4 times that i have been there i have only had one decent sandwich. The first time the sandwich was cold, the second time the meat was actually rancid, the third time they took so long at helping people with only one car in front of me that my lunch time ran out and I had to leave, fourth time, today actually and I had the oldest, coldest, most disgusting looking sandwich I have ever seen! Is this location ever going to be able to serve one good sandwich? For almost $6.00 a sandwich im out $24.00 and still haven’t had a decent lunch for the fact that I love arby’s this is very sad and extremely frustrating…. Get it together out here please! Edit to add to post: attempted to eat there again today 11/22 hoping that there would be an improvement and yet AGAIN ended up with a sandwich that had rancid beef! How can this even be possible? How has no one gotten sick or died from this location! Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting!

Ordered our 2 meals at 8:20-9pm. No one was at location. Than several cars pulled in to order after our order was taken.
Not friendly/ inviting- cashier
Gave 2 med. Fries with cold crunchy crumbs. Not any real curly fries at all. We asked for fresh fries.
He said ” we have fresh fries coming up now. ” Than gave us hot crunchy crumbs. One curly fry.
We didn’t even ask for curly fries. The person taking order never asked what type of fries we wanted with our meals.
The gyro was not prepared as a gyro. Just meat not sauce, onions, lettuce,or tomatoes.
The reuben sandwich has no sauerkraut or sauce.
I can tell you black people are not welcomed at this location.
Yet our money is…..SAD!
Paid $25 and change.
Just coming from work,tired and hunger to receive this type of treatment. We were way too tired to go back to location. An too grown to argue with children. Staff was younger Caucasian males.
We spend our money were we are welcome and treated respectfully.
We will not have our family and friends eating at this location.

Always clean and usually pretty fast Arby’s is good thank you. it’s always nice to know that Arbys is never that far by they have a great roast beef sandwich that I always get I do have one small minor complaint but it seems like they never put enough cheese sauce on the roast beef. if I were to change one thing I would definitely change that and make sure that every sandwich gets a full ladle of cheese sauce I mean seriously isn’t that what we go there for anyways. The curly fries are great as usual nothing ever wrong with those. I do however like the roast beef sandwich as at one time I thought about getting a double roast beef and I was quite surprised at how gigantic any Normas that was I don’t get that anymore because it literally is too much but if you are hungry and looking for a great awesome sandwich I would highly recommend the double roast beef just make sure you ask them to soak it in plenty of liquid gold I mean liquid cheese that is what a beautiful combination one thing I don’t understand that if you go outside of Cincinnati to other cities Arby’s puts a red sauce on their sandwich that I don’t like at all I never about that around here just usually other cities which is very strange to me

Firstly, after pulling up I almost thought they were closed because nobody asked to take my order or ask me to hold on or anything. After I ordered I pulled up to one car ahead of me and after three full songs played and another car had ordered and pulled up behind me, I just decided to drive off. I could have been served quicker at a sit-down restaurant and had much better food for probably less price. I’m pretty sure this is the type of place they plan on replacing all humans with computers for efficiency and profit.

Can’t really comment on the roast beef, because they Never Have Any!!!! Unbelievable! Two nights in a row & are told they are out of roast beef!!! I asked, WHY?? They said they didn’t have any cooked! Absolutely Unbelievable!! Do Better! ♀️

I ordered just a classic beef and cheddar meal. They were out of ice… so I had to get room temperature drink in the soda machine in the lobby. The lobby is DISGUSTING. The soda machine has rust all in the bottom of it and the pop sprays everywhere. The sauce dispensers were nasty and not clean. No lids out in the lobby. And the tables were gross as well. Everything in that area was nasty and dirty. I picked dine in but after seeing everything on the inside, I decided to eat in my car instead. Probably never going back to this Arby’s ever again!

I walked in to order my food and two staff members looked at me and walked away. The lobby was unbelievably dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. I had to wipe my chair off before I could sit down. As someone who use to work in fast food I do not expect it to be perfect but this lobby does not appear to have been clean for awhile. I wonder what the kitchen looks like?
