My wife and I after a trying day wanted some comfort food before our 3-1/2 hour trip home. 4:30pm we were hoping to beat the rush hour. Walked in to an empty restaurant. Literally no customer inside. Aproaching the counter, it was as if we were ghosts. When a worker did come forward she told us she couldn’t work the front and asked if anyone could help us before moving on. Two more people came over and seemed confused and iratated before just walking away. Finally, just as we considered walking out, we were addressed and after fumbling with the register took our order. As the reciept spit out the man took the receipt off the register and without looking directly at me just held his arm out continuing a conversation with his coworker. Again waited several minutes before recieving the food.The market fresh club was well built and tasty. Curly fries were cold. My wife’s sandwich was tasty but very messy. We ate and left without another soul exterior the building. We love Arbys however this is the second time in Indiana that we left feeling angry and dissatisfied. Will not be back.

Last couple times I’ve been there not a big rush…they ask me to pull forward to and say my food will be hot and fresh. Only thing hot was my cheese sticks. My sandwich was cold and so we’re my fries. No timing on their matter to accomplish the goal, just make the food and my sandwich and fries sat in the bag while they made cheese sticks. If you want excellent service….then prep the food as the customer orders and make sure it is 100% hot and fresh for each customer.

We were passing through Wabash in the middle of a snow storm and stopped in to eat. What a surprise! Restaurant was so clean and very festive for the holidays! Staff was so kind! Thanks for a nice rest from the storm!

Their deluxe burger was good, the tomato looks like it was sliced with a laser. The curly fries were cold, my wife wouldn’t eat them. They had just put my order on the online pickup shelf so it wasn’t waiting for me to get there. Those weren’t fresh fries.
