There was a young girl who took our order and she was was great but when she asked the manager Pam a question she belittled her and told her sometimes u have to turn around and finish these orders before u start taking new ones. And now there are people walking out because she pulled her counter person away

We stopped by to try the steak nuggets. 0/10. They were absolutely awful. I don’t think it has anything to do with this particular location. Weird texture, like eating only stringy fat, and the flavor was not good either. Weird sauce or marinade or something. Arby’s just really failed on these. The jamocha shake though? Just as wonderful as always!

So called “manager” made us feel like a big inconvenience, showing obvious attitude over the speaker when my husband last second changed his fries to a mozzarella sticks, which he did say sorry about it. Then when we get up to pay she asked us to pull forward, she handed us the drinks prior and when husband asked for the juice box that came with my daughters kids meal, she threw attitude shaking her head. This sort of attitude shouldn’t be acceptable by any means. People change their orders yes, but it doesn’t give you a right to make the customer feel like crap. They really need to work on how they speak and act towards people here if they want customers to come back

Awful service. Placed a online order and had to wait inside the restaurant for 25 minutes before we actually had service. Other guests had to wait for their order as well. This location was moving super super slow. They already had our food ready by their counter but didn’t call our name. They did not have the order placed in the special mobile order pick up section. When I asked a female worker with dark hair and glasses for a refund, she argued with me stating that the food has been ready for a while and that we were supposed to stand by the pick up line when I told her we did stand there, she said “oh you did?” Like it was a surprise. She has watched us stand there for a long time. Ironically, they have trophies saying “best of the best,” but really those trophies should have gone to another location instead.

The tables weren’t wiped down, nor the chair, nor the floor. The entire floor was sticky from carbonated drinks. It was digesting. Food and drink were okay. The atmosphere was super laid back and they lacked attention to the details. Next time, I’ll go to Wendy’s.

The wife and I stopped into this Arby’s on a recent trip between Fort Wayne and Louisville for lunch. We hadn’t had Arby’s in a while and sometimes it just sounds good. It’s also conveniently located right off of I-65, so easy-off/easy-on.
The gentleman behind the counter was patient and informative while we made our decisions. I had one of their Market Fresh sandwiches on my mind, but apparently this location doesn’t have those, so I had to settle for something else. That something else decided it wanted to be one of their Greek Style Gyros (they’re always a safe bet). My wife ordered a classic Roast Beef sandwich. We also ordered a 6-piece mozzarella stick to share (I can’t stand Arby’s fries). Our order was not overly complicated.
Then came the wait time. It was Sunday afternoon and the place was not busy. The drive-thru was busier than the dining room, but the place wasn’t slammed. There were 2 other tables occupied when we walked in. There were two other people standing by the counter waiting for orders as well.
Our food was delivered close to 20 minutes after it was ordered. Was it right? Yes. Was it warm? Mostly. As we ate we heard other customers remarking about the wait times, which I’ll have to admit, were excessive.
During the nearly 45 minutes we were there no one came out to look at the dining room, and we had to wipe off a table with a napkin. There were a number of tables that needed attention and half of the trash bins needed emptying.
What started out, in theory, as a quick stop for lunch ended up being nearly an hourlong affair.

Quite expensive. Over 16.50 per person. But now I understand why we don’t eat out anymore. Too expensive. We hardly ever eat out. Been since covid.

I have never been treated this bad…EVER!!! Your employees HATE their jobs and take it out on paying customers. First they brought me the wrong food to my car. When I tried to point that out to the employee, he walked off and ignored me. I walked inside (I deliverd the food to the correct customer on my way in) and immediately was met with harsh attitude from all employees. The manager made it worse by reinforcing his behavior. I left there feeling like it was all my fault . I won’t be back to Arby’s ever.
