This was probably the first time that I’ve ate at Arby’s in the last 20 years. The food was great and I believe this is the only place in town that has the crenkile fries . Highly recommend the mozzarella sticks.

Decided to order online and it was a great experience! Not only did I save a lot of money by ordering online I was able to do it from the website without downloading any apps. I ordered from the website and my food was ready when I got there everything was correct and it was a great experience thank you! Plus I received a booklet for coupons from ordering online. Ordering online was fast and easy and my food was ready when I got there. This made ordering online like it should be thank you!

Well today is July 18, 2025. I went through Arby’s ordered went to the window paid for my food they pulled me forward after giving my shake and drink. I wait 30 minutes. By this time they had pulled somebody in front of me and behind me. The person behind me ordered the same food similar couple things different but they got their food before I did so then I go inside I receive my food cold fries half thing of curly fries and old chicken slider you could tell the chicken is old Wait that long and my food couldn’t be fresh.

Just ordered food from there and was told that we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the chicken tenders. We said okay and then waited more than 5 minutes then got home and realized that they didn’t even give us the chicken tenders at all in the bag but they did give us the ranch for them. Now the weather is not safe to drive in and I’m not spending the extra fuel just to drive all the way back into town because of their incompetence.

Was told I had a 2-minute wait for chicken. I waited over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru lineand needless to say my frys cheese sticks and cups of cheese were ice cold. Everything I ordered was there just everything was cold but the chicken.
