It seems that no fast food business is capable of constructing a sandwich nowadays. Arby’s is no exception. The Bacon & Swiss Chicken sandwich I ordered, which I had to wait for because they had not cooked any chicken yet at noon on Sunday, was barely warm. The slice of Swiss wasn’t melted, the watery sauce was pouring out with each bite. Guess I’ll drive the extra mile to Canes from now on for a chicken sandwich.

Update: 2-17-23 Fish sandwich. It’s good. The manager is so nice. Store is clean.
I have changed my review rating because lately this restaurant has not been pleasant to visit. The music is way too loud and the temperature is too cold. There aren’t many customers as of late, so there is no reason for either.
Update: 2-7-26-We decided to try Arby’s again. The temperature is much better the music is still loud, but normal for restaurants I don’t have to yell for my husband to hear me. The apple pie shake is very good! The slider was wet. I ate it but I’ve had better.

the picture speaks for itself they decided to add the entire bottle of buffalo sauce to my sandwich this early monday morning now i don’t know who is having a bad morning there but this is a unacceptable amount of buffalo sauce just because you had to wake up and go work at arby’s on a cold monday morning doesn’t mean take it out on paying customers

The food looked and felt like it was dipped in grease. The service was okay, but I was handed a 3 year expired ranch dip cup. Atmosphere, the entire floor was sticky. It was like waking over spilled soda that didn’t get cleaned up. I will probably get sick later.

Ordered 2 sandwiches from here. The smokehouse brisket sandwich and the chicken Bacon Swiss.
They were made quickly and the woman who got my order was friendly.
Both sandwiches were really good, tasting hot and freshly prepared. The smokehouse brisket seemed to be lacking a little sauce but was good, nonetheless.

Went through the drive thru last night 11/5/2025 between 5 and 5:30 and they weren’t busy at all, order 2 classic rb meals and a dbl rb meal, got home which is like 5 to 7 minutes away.. The fries were old nasty and cold, and they sandwiches were also cold, drinks were wrong!! No I didn’t even bother calling or even going back , because I feel like shame on them for sending food out like that, and no wonder you’re not keeping customers with not caring about what your sending out!! You can bet you won’t get my business or money anymore!! And will be letting eveyone know not to come to your location!!! Not Sorry!!@@

On 8/7 around 6pm I placed an online order. I came inside to pick it up. It was clear that they were behind on orders as it was peak dinner time. Staff were incredibly nice & apologetic for the wait. It’s very easy to get overwhelmed during a dinner rush but the team worked together beautifully to execute everyone’s order. They used closed loop communication to let everyone in the kitchen know what was going on so no one was confused as to what they were supposed to be doing. They spoke to each other like they were in a higher end restaurant. It was really refreshing. I wish I had caught their names because they were so polite to each other & to the customers. It isn’t seen too often nowadays. It appeared that they actually enjoyed their job & respected each other. I heard one guy even came in last minute on his day off to help. They all deserve a raise because they truly made my day.
