I haven’t been to an Arby’s in about a year and a half. My previous dozen or so visits (to various locations) were increasingly bad. The thing that sealed my departure from the restaurant was the fact that they stopped using the chocolate drizzle on their shakes which significantly impacted the flavor and visual appeal. It was what set Arby’s apart from every other fast food chain milkshake. That and the quality of the food had gone downhill quite a lot.
Today, I found myself really having a hit of nostalgia and a craving for roast beef, so I took the chance and stopped at this Arby’s which I hadn’t visited in nearly four years.
When we walked in and stood at the counter, there was a worker just a few feet from us fiddling with something and he didn’t acknowledge us at or or tell us he’d be right with us. We were ignored. When we were finally acknowledged, we placed our order and found a seat.
My food came out very quickly, but my dining companion, who had ordered the 3 piece chicken fingers meal, was left sitting there for nearly ten minutes without any food. Finally, someone brought out her food with no apology for the ridiculous wait time. We were literally the only two people in the entire restaurant! I have no idea why it would take that long to fry some chicken tenders.
About halfway though our meal (mine was stone cold), we hear loud music begin blasting from back in the kitchen. There was already music playing in the restaurant, so we had the unpleasant experience of listening to two different songs playing simultaneously. I found it very irritating and unprofessional to do while there were customers present. I won’t be back to this location.
Although the food was cold, it was better than the last time I had Arby’s so I might give another location a shot another time.

Went here for a quick bite the other day and it was pretty good overall. The food came out hot and fresh, which isn’t always the case at fast food places. The fries were crispy and the burger had a nice flavor, not too greasy. Staff seemed friendly and kept things moving even though it was kinda busy. The dining area looked clean and they were wiping tables often. Prices were fair for what you get. Not the best meal I’ve ever had, but definitely hit the spot when I was hungry. I’d go back again if I’m in the area.

If any restaurant has suffered due to shrinkflation, encrapification, it’s Arby’s. The meat is thick and chewy, and you get less of it. The buns are thick and chewy and usually stale and the meat is no longer fresh, because they do not put out the same amount of product, so it sits and goes bad by the time a customer gets it. I do not blame the workers but the restaurant as a whole. I will never eat at an Arby’s again. Just to drive by, their parking lot and drive up is usually empty, what you get is not palatable. It’s bad food.
Oh, if I could go back to an Arby’s anywhere in the United States 15 years ago, you would get a delicious meal.

Love Arby’s, one of my favorite restaurants. However, PSA, do not get the Thanksgiving sub. So gross and a big mushy mess. Made me hurl it was so bad. Mac n cheese was good. But for the love of the gods please remove that sandwich from your menu. Maybe look into how ” cabriotti’s ” in Vegas does the ” Bobbie “. Like what you were going for but 1000 times better.

I meant to make a post yesterday but got a little busy with the holiday. I went to Arby’s to grab my husband the bacon ranch burger and the burger was raw. I guess he was consumed with watching TV and eating before he noticed the burger wasn’t cooked throughly. I’m not a fan of Arby’s anyway. The only time I would visit Arby’s is when they had the brown sugar BLT, but they haven’t bright that back in a few years. I’m attaching a picture of the burger. I’d they’re going to serve burgers cook them or ask how would you like it done.

Didn’t include one of the sandwiches I paid for and don’t even give me a receipt so I can’t get a refund. Messed up my other sandwich and didn’t include any sauce for the mozzarella sticks or jalapeno bites. Not a bad restaurant but don’t go to this location.

Happened at this Arby’s the other week too. The manager wanted me to pull up & wait so they could bring my food out, I said I’ll stay here until someone pulls up behind me then I will move. Nobody ever pulled up behind me. She wanted me to pull up so the drive through timer wouldn’t show me waiting there for 3 minutes. Total BS wanting me to pull up so the timer would show I got my food & left. A timer more important than the customer. She also gave me my CC back but never gave me the receipt so I had to ask for that too. Obviously she’s more concerned about fudging to look good instead of the customers experience. Ha
