It’s a small thing, but every single time I order mozzarella sticks they leave out the marinara. Every time. I even specifically say “with marinara” yet it changes nothing. Consistently poor attention to detail.

I went to the Kendallville Arby’s this afternoon. Was waiting to order for about 10 minutes! Then waited on our food for another 15 minutes! Didn’t even get all the food we ordered and didn’t realize it till I got home. By that time I didn’t want to go back and wait longer. Our food was cold too for having to wait 15 minutes. This is the 3rd time going there and it’s been like this! Sandwich was so thrown together cheese and roast beef everywhere! Was very disappointed! Won’t be going back!

Pathetic, worst arby’s experience I’ve ever had, actually only bad experience and I’m sure it’s just the location! Ordered the Philly steak$cheese, had hardly anything on it, asked the person at the drive thru window and he said that’s normal! Sad
Won’t visit this location again. I could only taste the bread

My wife and I went thru the drive thru on our way leaving town. It was when we were on the interstate that we found we were short a sandwich to one of the 2 meals. I called and the GM, James, answered. It was a friendly conversation, and he simply told me to mention his name and they would replace the meal.
Easier said than done as We went in and spoke to Alex the shift manager. He showed immediate distrust and could not comp the meal using the register, telling me it would come off once I ran my card. Of course it did not. It was an ordeal with customers listening and I felt uneasy as if I were asking for a hand-out. Ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

So… Getting good thought the drive through and the employees talk to what I can only assume is a friend at the speaker for no fewer then 20 mins while a line of cars pile up to the road. It took a lady to get out of her car, enter the store to have them finish there conversation and begin to work again. Then we proceeded to the pickup window where the car that was the initial holdup receives a fountain beverage and only a beverage then proceeded to talk for another 5mins.

My husband and I came here for a small date night and the guy who took our order, Dylan I believe he’s a manager, was very friendly. He was positive and very patient with us as we struggled to know what we wanted. I couldn’t really see the menu due to my eyesight, so I was asking about things right there in my view, but he was super friendly about it. His overall presence and tone made my husband spend more and get something we normally wouldn’t go for due to price. Overall experience was great — we definitely laughed as we heard him hyping up his team.
