Paid for a jamoca shake and they repeatedly gave me a chocolate shake. I told the girl at the window and she proceeded to argue with me that “she didnt know how it wasnt one”. Needless to say….paid good money for shit I didn’t want because she wasnt budging. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE CHICK!

Normally I love to give great reviews for places. Unfortunately that can’t happen here. Every time I’ve been here the last 4 days in a row they have been out of something. One night they didn’t have any roast beef. Arbys had no roast beef smh. Too many kids running these fast food places. I do not recommend going here unless you want let down

Let’s just say, that roast beef will f u up. Ordered a delicious classic roast beef sandwich and a 4 piece of mozzarella sticks. After my fantabulious meal, I went to the bathroom. While abnormally long, the bathrooms atmosphere gave me a sweet warm sensation. I spent 45 minutes in the bathroom. Many people knocked, I think they were mad. But that’s okay. 10/10 would do again. Soap smelled amazing.

Omg I was so happy this time Hoang to a fast food restaurant don’t get me wrong I’ve have several bad experiences at them including here not to long ago but this time the food was hot the drive up greater was awesome she smiled was very helpful and listened to me and gave me everything I asked for. Most of the times I go out to a drive through they dkng smile, greet to foods cold or halftime you don’t get everything yoj ordered it makes me very very upset. People hate me sometimes because I have an attitude about my experience well I feel like I’m paying for it so it should be how I wanted it hot fresh and ehat I order and if k say have a good day be safe out there I expect them to at least say thanks but to ignore me nope wrong answer

The worst part about Door Dashing from this place is the fact that I can’t blame the driver for missing items because it’s not their fault. Three times now I’ve placed a rather larger order (multiple beef sandwiches) and i always order 10 horsey sause because we all love it, then to be disappointed when there isn’t a single sauce in the bag. Not even Arby’s sauce and I thought that was suppose to be an obvious sause to hand out with any beef sandwich. I understand when your busy you get flustered, but there’s nothing wrong with double checking your work and making sure everything (SAUSE INCLUDED) is in the bag.

55 ladies got off a bus & went into Arby’s. They were quick & efficent & the food was good. The manager even came out to dining room after everyone was served & checked to see how everything was! Great service at the Decatur, IN Arby’s!

We got the Cheesesteak sandwich, 2 of the Chicken Sandwiches for 7.00, and a Jamocha shake. It was all really good. It’s a little pricey, but generally it is worth the money. The service was also very good. We go there at least 2 or 3 times a month. Has always been a good experience. We appreciate the friendliness, too.
