Your app glitches when I clicked asap for pick up time of a milk shake and since I obviously wanted it now I figured I already paid I’m sure they’ll let me have it now and when I get there I tell the man working at the drive through and he tells me there’s nothing he can do and that they can’t give it to me now because the funds wouldn’t be there till tomorrow . . . . . Even though it already charged my account. That’s real funny huh? And now you guys get to literally steal from me because I’ll be at work tomorrow when it set my pick up for . Won’t spend my money here again most likely with this illogical experience

Sad experience with Arby’s haven’t gone in a long time but decided to try. Took forever in drive thru and they forgot my drink. Didn’t realize till I was already home.

Plus they follow ADA rules, unlike the McKinley store. Hopefully, they shut that one down n gets fined for Not allowing ppl with disabilities with service animals n not allowing them access to the restaurant. They will call the police.

Sandwich was COLD. Out of onion buns.
