This is the third time, I’ve been to this location and each time is horrible service. The older lady with the long hair, is never wearing a hat or hair net, which is a whole violation. As well as the fact she is extremely rude and impatient. The kids in the back are always playing loud music with words I’d rather not repeat. As well as them goofing off. I’ve seen multiple people walk in and not get greeted or anything. All the workers and managers are always cussing up a storm. Honestly done with location

This is an ok Arby’s. They were ok. Service wasn’t very fast, but they were polite and steady busy. I tried the new steak nugget bites. They were, more like a pot roast and less like a steak than I’d hoped for, but it is fast food, so I don’t really know why I expected it to be better. They give you bbq sauce to dip them in. But I really don’t like bbq sauce much so I can’t say how it would be with sauce. Maybe A-1 would do the trick? The fries were perfectly hot and just the right amount of crispiness and the drink was ice cold. I’d go again, but I’d try something different. All and all it filled my belly but otherwise it’s pretty much just meh.

I ordered curly fries and got fry niblets. I ordered a double beef and cheddar, and it was ridiculously small. I ordered a large coke and got a cup of ice wth half s dozen swallows of soda.
Really a disappointment as I hadn’t been to Arby’s in years.
For the price, it was actually quite a ripoff.

UPDATE July 2025:
Another crappy experience at this dump… Thank you Liz for your excuses for the low quality food you served me. These places keep upping prices and lowering their food quality. Heat temperatures are below the requirements and I’ll be contacting the St Joe County Health Department. NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY.

Completely Disappointed. I love how they intentionally disconnect the phone so you can’t call and tell them what problem or issue you had with your order….

Just what I needed….. a milkshake…!! I was being a grumpy little whiner all day… …. And this cheered me up a bit. It was rather tasty too, along with cheese sticks. Yummy.

UPDATE! I’d say that the last four times I’ve been to this Arby’s, the food was terrible. Once I asked for no red ranch on my double with cheddar, it even said it on the receipt yet there was red ranch on my sandwich.
Then I was thrilled to hear potato cakes were back for a limited time. So I go to Arby’s for the potato cakes only. They were lukewarm and tasted like old grease. I’m never going to the Bittersweet Arby’s again.
I had to try the new crinkle fries. They were tasty. The service was super fast.

I don’t know what happened in the past 2 years. This is some of the best food I have had anywhere. Went here at 3:45 on a Saturday and whoever was working made my day with the service and food. Everything was fresh and delicious! 10 outta 10. Loved it beyond anywhere else. Thank you!
