Pulled up to the outside order kiosk. The one furthest from the building never responded. Drove around and went to the other one. Placed my order and drove to window. Customer service was terrible. Not friendly at all. Then I get home and they forgot my sauces. And the food was barely warm. A mile and a half from the store.
Told the wife, well once and done. I won’t be going back.

Beware ⚠️ the parking lot is slick, I got out of my truck and the minute my foot hit the ground it slipped away, and I found myself falling.. it’s snow packed and slick.. it hasn’t snowed in 24 hours, plenty of time to plow and salt it .

I have rearly been to worse drive thru was more interested in his hair than my order no straws for drinks well the drinks I got ordered milk and applesauce with kids meal got fries and no drink and no dipping sauce for either meal after asking several times run not worth the effort or money. 10/17/20 sad to say drive thru only right now and it is very very slow and fries were cold keep hoping for better

I went through the drive thru a little after 7pm tonight. I ordered 4 sandwiches and some fries for myself and my family. I should have checked the bags before I left, but I didn’t. Got home and was giving the food to my family when we saw they did not give us the cheeseburger we ordered. I was already home but wanted to call and mention something before driving all the way back to arbys. Their phone line Rings once and then says “goodbye” without going through to anyone. I tried to call one two separate phones, multiple times. Not worth it to me. Ordered a different cheeseburger from wendys and had it delivered from doordash. Waste of $40 from arbys. $8 just for a burger that my son never got.

I had problems doing the app for a special they are running this month.
The young cashier was extremely helpful & respectful! She walked me through the whole process. She explained everything as we did each step. I wish I had caught her name!
She got me through it all and I ended up with the best sandwich for FREE, all I had to do was be a rewards member, order through the app and buy 1 thing that was $1 or more.
This will be my go to store! Service is absolutely amazing.
I hope she sees this and knows how much I appreciate her help!
