I don’t understand how a machine can properly scale food.When i’m always missing my mozzarella steaks and you guys say, well, it should be in there.If it’s probably weighed, but every time and I have proof my mozzarella sticks are never in my doordash.Order in his getting ridiculous. It always comes like this, but I have the sauce for the mozzarella sticks make it make sense.

I came here to get something fast and the food is good but when I wanted to order the new peach cobbler rolls I told them I had a seafood allergy and asked if they cooked the peach cobbler rolls in separate oil they said no they cooked it with the fish ewwww they said they could put fresh oil but it would take em 15-20 minutes

The food is already prepared no actual cooking going on except the fries and service well i used to work there they were getting rid of all the good workers for the mere fact they just dont like them if your a felon dont apply here they work u harder for couple months till they dont need u then fire u and the people that work here have attitude problems and the management is so poor here it aint funny they will let people just chit chat while theres orders going on this is gonna be like the arbys by concord mall and only people that cleaned they fired so theres that to I wouldn’t recommend food from here sad to admit McDonald’s even better

Came for lunch today 6/8/24 ordered 2 for 6 classic roast beef’s, was asked if I had the coupon, I told the order taker yes. Pull around to the window get charged $7.49 so I ask why they didn’t honor my coupon or even ask for it and then charge me full price I was told to hold on and by the time the manager came to the window I decided to just ask for sauce and leave it’s $1 whatever. I get home open my sandwiches the beef is thick not wafer thin like it’s supposed to be and advertised to be and within my sandwich are little disgusting hard crunchy bits of old beef that was dried up from the heat lamp clumped into the middle of my sandwich. I’ll leave pictures. Why would anyone put that in someone’s sandwich? This location clearly needs to educate their cooks on proper beef slicing and sandwich making, and need to better train the order takers to honor coupons and ensure they’re not over charging customers. Thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit and feel disgusted that I was just charged $7.50 for essentially inedible food.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant we have ever been to. It felt like a five star restaurant between the service and the atmosphere and the cleanliness was amazing. The food was Excellent
