After viewing the Arby’s ads on TV, I decided to try the new steak nuggets. They were actually pretty good, but the portions were ridiculously small.

Was excited to try the new steak and Mac bowl only to find it was unavailable at this location. But I could buy both separately which makes no sense whatsoever. Had to pay $4.29 for the smallest bowl made for a toddler of Mac and cheese and then almost $10 for 9 small steak pieces. I could have saved the price of the tiny bowl of Mac if they weren’t so lazy to just sell the bowl they advertise on the app. So if you want the steak and mac bowl go to Illinois locations because the ones in Indiana are too lazy and sell them separately to cost you more money.

Update March 8, 2025: Service has definitely improved and so has the quality of the food items. We stopped by the restaurant last week and this week ordered via Doordash. Both times the food has been hot and fresh. I am also impressed with the way the Doordash order bags and drinks are sealed. Hopefully this continues!

Not arby sauce also asked for extra arby sauce after asking for Horsey sauce and the girl put in more horsey sauce. This is the second time we had horrible service from this Arby’s it really need to be looked into they can’t get orders correct

December 19,2022 update…
7 year old kid wanted Arby’s curly fries. So, since I was in the area and hadn’t been to this particular Arby’s in months I figured I’d give it a try again in hopes that they’re service/food had improved. Nope!! It’s even worse!! How do you charge for a large curly fry then give a half filled medium after making the customer wait while you had a 15 minute conversation?? 20 minutes total for a half filled cold curly fry… Come on, it takes 3 minutes to cook curly fries you could drop fresh??? Most ridiculous place I’ve been to in a while… I really wouldn’t be surprised if this location was closed in the near future cause it’s just awful…
Ordered beef n cheddar plain bun, 4 piece mozzarella stick and a coke… What I got, beef n cheddar no red ranch on an onion bun 3 mozzarella sticks and flat coke… Tried calling since I was home before I saw and no one answered. This location used to be spot on but lately it’s gone down hill bad… Even though I love Arby’s I don’t think I’ll be going back

Always friendly employees. One positive, you never go to a fast food place and not hear drama or gossip but you don’t hear that here. Just good employees doing their job. Food is always good. Love the gyro!

My recent experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic service expectations. I waited ten minutes for acknowledgment in an empty lobby, and another twenty minutes for my food. This timing was unacceptable.

Food was good, service was quick and friendly. The drive thru itself is a little odd to get to and there has been a huge amount of water—beyond a puddle—in the lot right by the drive thru window. A little off putting.
