I love Arby’s, but this trip the whole side of my sandwich was wet, the whole corner of the box inside, like something was dumped in it, (wasn’t from the sandwich) was like water, didn’t know this til I was too far down the street to go back (was a late dinner) the crinkle fries are so bland, my daughter got the roast beef sandwich too, hers was fine, but her curly fries must have been the last of the batch, all ends, she didn’t eat them, so for close to $30. for two people, I won’t be going back any time soon. The only upside was the Strawberry shakes, this were amazingly good!

I would say to not come here at night. Did a mobile order about 945 pm. App said ready in 5 min. For here in 6 minutes and then waited at the intercom at the drive up when there are 0 customers in line is in the store. Then they acted like they were surprised I out in a mobile order. When I got to the window I asked for a side of peppercorn ranch beside there wasn’t an option online to order and they looked at me like I was asking for something extraordinary! There are two employees here and they move at the pace of a snail. I’ve been here for 15 min and no sign of my food. Try another Arby’s if you’re in a hurry.

You’re absolutely able to tell who the manager is, I think her name was Samantha, is the only reason this store isn’t getting ONE star. The young lady at the register was rude, and on her phone the entire time. There was a young man who was not in uniform, Im not sure he even worked there, behind the counter. The orders took 15+ minutes to get out because Samantha was the only person helping the customers appropriately. I hope that moving forward things get better. This Arby’s used to be so good.

I had some coupons so i went thru drivethrough. The person taking my order was kinda short with me, and i started to get a bad feeling. When i got my food, it was luke warm, kinda sloppy and wet, and i spit out my first (and only) bite of fries because it tasted like death. Like mold or something. Do youself a favor and skip this place.
If this is a franchise, Arbys needs to shut this location down, it is terrible fo their brand.

They were out of medium cups, out of Coke in both machines, very slow service and food was cold. I visited this location about a year ago and it was disappointing then, but gave it another try. Things have not improved.

I ordered Buffalo Chicken sliders from the drive up. When i got my order and looked at it they only had a
Peice of chicken that couldn’t even cover half the bun. So then i went in to say something and show them. They said oh is that a problem i said ya were is the chicken? They end up replacing the sandwichs but the boy working did not seem to get want was wrong with the sandwichs. Really would you send these out to a customer?

Came at 8:30pm on a Wednesday there were employees in the lobby one just walked from behind the counter when pulled up and no one answers the intercom for 15 minutes this is unacceptable I’ve worked food service for 10 years this is unacceptable and lazy.
