Ordered online for pick up, was called about 5 minutes later telling me they cant make my order and they won’t refund it either. If you have it available on your platform to order it should be available, if you have a reason you cant make the order you are required to refund the customer as its not my fault you cant make my food. Then you hang up because I want my refund. I come to the establishment and an employee is sitting on the counter and again denied my refund or my food. Absolutely will not be back and i will be informing the heath department as it is unsanitary to be sitting on counters that food goes on. This location obviously needs to fire the entire crew General manager and all and start over.

I used the drive thru. After receiving my order, checked my bag for what I received. The employee immediately came back to the window and told me “To get off his clock”. I guess only certain people have the right to check their order.

Don’t worry I won’t be on your clock again.

Really a Zero rating for your store at 86th & Zionsville Road.

Absolutely delicious quick meal tonight jalapeno chicken wrap with the amazing curly fry jamoka shake and a Sprite all freshly made hot and delicious! Jamoka shake is the perfect way to end a meal that good service was excellent great manners polite staff I believe Anna was my customer service representative delivering my meal to me this evening

The person in the drive though was very nice and courteous. That’s very rare in fast food services nowadays, even at this Arby’s. So Arby’s, give a raise to the black gentleman who was working the drive through at 6:00pm on 7-9-2025, he’ll be the reason I come back.

Drive thru at 11:30am so not too busy. Ordered the 2 for $6 beef n cheddar and got a regular roast beef instead. The meat is a very questionable yellow with an odor. So not risking eating it. My large fries were also only filled 2/3 of the way and likely got the same amount as a medium. But I did get 8 packs of Arby’s sauce for two sandwiches for some reason. Unfortunately, quality is very low so not likely to return.

I used the drive-thru and hadn’t ordered ahead. Still, the order was filled in a timely manner by efficient and friendly staff. Unfortunately we tried the French dip sandwiches. Despite the higher price, it was subpar at best. We would have been better off ordering the old beef and cheddar.

I heard from Arby’s customer service department and they offered me compensation for the bad experience I had. I have yet to receive it or I’d tell you more. Good to know the company cares about negative experiences and is working to better their franchise.

It was close to closing time, but the buns smelled & tasted burnt. The Coke tasted like watered down Dr. Pepper. The roast beef was sub-par, & I threw the potato cakes away without even trying them. They looked old, freezer burnt & like they’d been sitting around all day! I get maybe not getting the freshest food close to closing at the drive-thru, but not old stuff that’s not even edible, especially for what it costs!
