First off, the staff was great. I was greeted immediately and everyone I spoke to was very polite and friendly. Now to the food. Came to try the new steak bites.. very disappointed. $5 for three ok sized chunks and two itty bitty peices. I think they were leftover from a different order that nobody retrieved because these things were very dry and chewy. I don’t know what I expected with these but I thought because it was Arby’s they would have been better. I got an Italian as well and that was fine, I don’t have any complaints there just like with the rest of our food. But I will avoid the steak bites like the plague now after wasting my money on them this time. Also, the bbq sauce you serve with them is not good at all. I am not sure who picked that but they should probably not be a person who makes that decision anymore.

I was ripped off on 3-3-26 at the west Washington st store. I am sure it was on purpose. We pull up at 8:24 pm. All the outside lighting was turned off. We went to the drive up and placed our order. Paid at the window with my card and received a receipt. When handed the food the cashier said the payment didn’t process and needed the card back. Received another receipt. At home found the order was wrong. Checking my bank found both transactions processed so they kept my real order. Noone will answer the phone.

co-worker went and grabbed lunch, had a coupon, ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches fries, and drink, and cam back with a single roast beef, and a double… if people would listen to what customers order, and stop doing what they want, things would be alot better. want either a refund, or free food next time.

I had a great experience with Daniel, the manager at Arby’s. My order came out wrong, and he handled the situation so professionally. He didn’t waste time taking the wrong food back — he personally remade my order right away and even brought it out to my car himself. On top of that, he gave me a refund without me even asking. It’s rare to see that kind of care and dedication to customer service these days. Daniel went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it!

Haven’t had in awhile but it’s better than McDonald’s food, service and quickness. A little more money but when you know time is money and McDonald’s makes you wait 10 to 15 minutes then it all equals out to me.

Enjoyed eating at Arby’s nice customer service our table wasn’t cleaned however we cleaned off the table because We wanted to eat there. The lady at register was a shift lead. She brought out the food to the other customers for us she let us come get our food.

the food was horrible. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a ranch sandwich and the chicken patty was so burnt all I could taste was the burnt . The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day.

I was very disappointed in the quality of my order….
I got a jamocha shake and the chicken nugget combo.
The chicken nugget taste like they were old and the shake was not mixed well idk..
The time before this a ordered the waygu burger, I’ve had waygu before and that burger was no where near waygu….
I probably won’t be going to Arby’s for a while…
