I ordered a large drink and large fries. What I received was a small drink and a large fry container that was less than halfway filled. To top it off, the fries were cold and tasted as if they had been invented for multiple other orders as they were bitter to taste.

The drive thru was unresponsive, we waited quite a while, even called out, and got no response, leaving us to walk in. That was a mistake. The establishment smells horrid, like animal feces and rotten food, straight up disgusting. There were 4 workers sitting around, doing absolutely nothing, when they could’ve been at the drive thru we just waited in for so long, even one was on their phone. Nothing was clean, tables were covered in remains of food, the entire floor was sticky feeling. The drink and sauce station was a mess, sauce and tea everywhere, ridiculous. The workers gave us dirty looks, as if we weren’t welcome. The food was bland and somehow sickening. Not nearly worth your money or your time.

Waited in line for 20min (only 2 cars ahead of me). Ordered and was charged for two Deluxe Fish sandwiches with no lettuce. I received two regular fish sandwiches with lettuce. The staff doesn’t care or put forth any effort whatsoever. This is another horrible experience at a place that continues to disappoint.
