I was hungry for a snack and decided to try their Mac N Cheese. The portion felt small at first, but you actually don’t need a whole lot of it, because their Mac N Cheese is rich with cheese. I was in heaven y’all.
This cool cat with tats was the cashier and for some reason he just made my day. It’s rare that I go to Arby’s, but the Mac N Cheese alone guarantees my return.
Also, the service was really fast. The establishment was clean too.

I’ve been to this place a handful of times but I experienced friendly service for the first time today! In the past I was always happy with my food here. It was always hot and prepared correctly, but the lady at the register was always unfriendly – not mean, just super cold, about a half inch away from being rude Today in the drive-thru, I appreciated the newer lady saying hello and telling me to take my time when I said I needed a moment to decide. Don’t get me wrong – I don’t ask for much in terms of fast food service. I don’t need anyone to be over the top friendly and in the best mood ever especially when they don’t work for tips. But basic courtesy and manners doesn’t go unnoticed especially in a world where lots of people are working hard for very little. So I appreciate that a lot!

Close at 11 PM lol more like 10 PM. I pulled up respectfully at 11:08 check the cameras, I respectfully waited at the drive-through menu for over five minutes with no response. I gently hatched my horn and the lady who is working was so rude to me. I wouldn’t even trust to order things the way she talk to me. It was an hour before closing time if you can’t handle to work at fast food until 12 AM then don’t work here. You are so unwelcoming I haven’t had Arby’s in over 10 years and the one time I decide to come I get treated like this. I will never be back here. No wonder you guys are going out of business lol

The gentleman at the counter greeted me, later I saw me sitting and asked if I needed anything else. The restaurant had very good service and was beautiful. I went with my daughter because I received some coupons in the mail. I had never been before in Arby’s. I liked the restaurant; it’s really nice.

Went here for lunch yesterday, and it was truly refreshing. Walked in, got greeted by multiple staff, then went to place my order, and the lady that took it made sure everything was correct, she went as far as turning her screen around so I could make sure. Then I went to go pay and my food was out before the transaction completed. The manager that was there, she was very personable, speaking to everyone that walked in! It was the middle of a lunch rush, the parking lot was full and so was the drive thru, but you couldn’t tell inside because this place was running very smooth, everyone was doing something and no one was just standing around. I am in this area every Tuesday so I will be coming back! Kudos to that manager and that store!

Quick stop for Jalapeño Bites, drove to drive through and we found no one. We quickly parked and got in to see attendants busy on their phone and forgetting to check the drive through.
While order was ready in less than 5 minutes, the attendant came out and left the bag without calling a name and walked away. We visited at about 7pm, while I am sure it’s end of day definitely no reason to be distracted and angry.
Jalapeño poppers were crunchy, piping hot and just the right combo for rainy weather. We enjoyed the poppers but didn’t like the sweet sauce by the side (personal preference of course)
