Aside from the 15 minute wait in line, it was a good experience. The cashier was polite and apologetic for the wait. She took our order quickly and correctly.
We got our food after the potato cakes cooked (5 min.) – fresh and hot. They were so good!! The Classic Arby’s were as good as expected. All in all, a good lunch.

If this were the first time I had a bad experience here I wouldn’t say a word because sometimes, things happen. However, this place is going downhill quickly. Last time they forgot part of our order which we realized before leaving so it was corrected. This time though it was a simple order, a double roast beef add cheddar sauce & a medium curly fry. What I got was crinkle fries that are insanely old & cold, a roast beef, with a spot of cheddar sauce and then Arby’s sauce on it as well. I didn’t want a beef and cheddar but if it’s going to that at least put it on the beef and cheddar bun. This would have been enough on its own but then the fact that my being there definitely seemed like an inconvenience to the drive thru girl from the moment I pulled up and I hear “go ahead with your order and then she had to stop leaning on the counter to take my payment and again to give me my food. I don’t think that we will return. It’s close to home and Arby’s is one of my favorites but this just isn’t worth a dollar let alone the almost 12 that I paid for trash food and trash service.

Went thru Drive thru to use a coupon for a 3 piece Chicken tenders and curly fries snack pack for $3.99 wasn’t even worth a $1. The fries were cold and so hard you couldn’t chew them and the chicken was anything but tender! At least they were warm but they were at least 50% hard crunchy breading and the meat inside was over cooked. I had to remove the breading to be able to chew it. Very disappointed. The best part of the snack was a package of Horsey Sauce. Not to mention I had to shout my order 2 to 3 times in order for the employee to hear my order. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

This location won’t be open much longer. Waited until we ordered and got to the pay window to tell us they didn’t have any roast beef ready and that it would take an hour to cook. The rueben I ended up getting wasn’t edible. The bread was hard and the little meat that was on the sandwich was cold but had been burnt around the edges at some point in the last week… I’m guessing. Also couldn’t give a receipt for our order we payed for with a card and when we asked why no receipt was available the lady said “idk…. I just work here”. Which is highly debatable. We used to come to this location a couple times a month and we’ll NEVER BE BACK. There’s honestly no sense in keeping this location open if they can’t do any better than this. Bye Arby’s

The guy at the drive thru I dont think even took my order down at all. I said what I wanted, he said come to the first window and I got only 1 of the 3 items I ordered. It’s not hard to push buttons. I was in a rush so I wasn’t able to go back. Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

Horrible. I will never go there again. Poor service. Went to drive thru. Was ready to drive away because nobody was there to take my order, when finally someone appeared. I ordered a beef and cheddar and 4 cheese sticks. There was practically no cheese on my sandwich. I lifted the bun to look to see if they forgot to include the cheese and there was only a tiny bit. The cheese sticks were rubbery and hard on the ends. Terrible food. Terrible Service. No wonder it is never busy. I think there was only one employee there.

My mom and I only go here to get the cheese and beef or double Rubens, fries, abd a cookie. Even when we go all out for two doubles with fries and cookie its at 30 max price. The service is really good n the quality of the food is always fresh and delicious.
