Sweet Sinay’s Reviews
Sometimes fast food restaurant workers seem disinterested and unenthusiastic about their jobs. I am not judging them. If I were in their shoes, I might feel the same.
Be that as it may, that is not the case here. Very friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Many of the customers appear to be regulars, as well.
The food is standard Arby’s fare, nothing too exciting but reasonably priced. The ham sliders were remarkably small but for the price, they were acceptable. In a nice touch, the sauces were still in old school pumps, unlike some other Arby’s where they have switched to small packages.
Be sure to enjoy the silly slogans accompanying each sauce “faucet”.
Pro Tip
The restrooms are down a considerably (ridiculously?) long hallway.
If you get good service and enjoy the food, be sure to ring the bell. We did….and we did!

Ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, there’s was no cheese and the beef was all ground up. Looked like what’s left on the slicer after slicing a bunch of meat. Never going back! It was disgusting!

TL;DR- best Arby’s I have been too, greeted instantly when walking in, polite manner of speaking, answered questions I had and whole crew was mirroring that managers behavior. Hot food and clean store. Building might be old but that was the freshest.i have ever felt at an Arby’s
Service: Okay so I walked in through these doors. Instantly greeted by a manager and was asked if I was ready to order. I said no not sure and he responded with saying if I had any questions let him know. I did since I had not been to Arby’s in a while and he knew all the options, including giving recommendations based on tastes he asked about. Payed and sat down and waited barely two minutes and when I went to get stuff they asked if I wanted any sauces and to mention his name if I needed anything. Im..I’m… genuinely amazed at this really. I have given 5 stars for service less than this and now I feel like I should edit it.
Food- extremely hot fries and great looking sandwhich overall. Stuff was spread evenly and the stuff I wanted added was there and was not stingy about it, condiment and sauce station was fully stocked and looked very clean overall. Solidly impressed by this. It’s hard to make pre shredded lettuce look good, they managed it.
Cleanliness- A+ seriously there was nearly nothing in that lobby that had a smear on it. There was a section under the middle booths that needed swept a small amount but that’s just day to day not built up.
Genuinely impressed with the staff and crew at this location overall, if I want Arby’s again im gonna come here.

We have the meats? Well why does my buffalo chicken sandwhich look like two nuggets on a bun? $8.09 for basically bread. Very disapointed and since it was on my 30 minute lunch break and i got it to go I was basically out of luck. Not cool arbys. Not cool at all.

This Arby’s used to be so good but now it’s just went down hill. Today I was getting a meal that had a turnover, they informed me that there was a 30 minute wait on turnovers. I said no problem and asked if a cookie could be provided instead and they said no. It’s the locations fault that they didn’t have turnovers and an unwillingness to do anything about the mistake is abysmal.

I went in here because the day before I had went to the Arby’s in Beech Grove and the service and especially the food was horrible. So I went to this location the next day and showed them a picture of a roast beef from the beech Grove location I asked the guy if they’re roast beef look like this and he made a face like ewwww and he said no ours does not, this location was extremely helpful, very nice and listen to me complain about another location but at the same time understood why I was complaining I appreciate them for being so friendly and listening, so I purchased two roast beef from this location and the difference was absolutely insanely crazy. Here will be two photos the very very dark nasty looking one is from Beech Grove and the nice pretty one is the one from Franklin road and East Washington can you see why I was upset at Beech Grove?? not to mention I spent $45.68 that night for dinner to disappoint four people.

I purchased the new Burger on East Washington and Franklin Rd. This is by far the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Great Job Arby’s.
When people joke and ask, Who is keeping Arby’s open?” I laugh and say it’s me. I’m keeping Arby’s open. I always order sm. curley fries, or 4. mozzarella sticks, with 6. premium nuggets or the fish sandwich when it’s on the menu. Now I’ll add this burger to my favorites.
The day that I purchased this burger, I had a sm. curly fry and small Dr. Pepper. The burger is big. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner.
Thank you Arby’s. This one’s a keeper.

This used to be my favorite Arby’s. I placed an online order on Saturday July 5th around 11:30am. After I had confirmed and paid on my app it informed me that my order would be ready at 11:43. I arrived, went into the restaurant at 11:45 a.m. The man working was talking to a customer telling some kind of story. He asked me if I had a doordash. I said no it was an online order. The other customer left and then the employee started telling me a a long story about how the store had gotten bought out and he was a GM now and they were having an inspection and he just was going on and on and the whole time he could have been preparing my food. I thought it was maybe in the back being cooked and nobody else was back there. Another employee was out front pulling weeds. So as he’s chatting with me about these long stories he finally goes to the back and I see him pull a bag of frozen fries out of the freezer and starts to cook them. That’s when I realized my order hadn’t been started! And at this point it was already like 11:50 a.m. Then he pulls out the frozen chicken and tells me it’s going to be another 5 more minutes because I ordered chicken. That stuff should have been done at 11:43 a.m. And I don’t know what the deal is with the ingredients but things have changed there. The buffalo chicken slider tasted completely different. I don’t know if they are using a new buffalo sauce but it was not good. We also got a couple other things. The classic roast beef sandwich was so dry and it tasted awful. The meat looked old and expired. And that’s one of their signature items. If they really were bought out whoever took over isn’t doing a good job. I will not be going back to that Arby’s. I will go down to the one far on East Washington in hopes that their ingredients haven’t changed. I do want to say the GM gentleman that I was talking to was very friendly. He just needs to learn how to multitask while moving his mouth. The store was clean.
