I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location.
I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn’t get the app working, not Arby’s fault, but because of my phone issues …..so I had to go through the drive-thru.
I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time…..but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all.
Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. Emma and Chris really stood out because so many fast food places have employees who clearly don’t want to be there, but these two went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, a raise) for their effort and attitude.
I know it’s not easy to put together a big order so close to closing time—I’ve worked in fast food, and I remember how everyone wants to clean up and get out as quickly as possible. But instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they made sure everything was correct, fresh, and done with a smile.
Thank you, Emma and Chris—you turned what could have been a stressful experience into an excellent one!
